I heard it again in the news today, the EU is planning to regulate the crypto market. Of course there is no exact information what they are going to do. But I think someone from the 47BK team might have more insight there. Do you know something more?

Yes I saw this too, yesterday the French regulator announced that crypto-advertising is banned and online trading platforms need to get authorisation to operate, similar to the Korea situation.

Obviously not great news because its more FUD which we don't really need at the moment as markets are still recovering.

This highlights the need of FCA authorisation for 47 Bank and shows how important it is for ICO's continue to up their game in terms of compliance and regulation.

last year it was really nice, as most of the governments had no idea about crypto-currencies:-)
I'm not saying that regulation is bad in itself, but I would prefer it if they did not control everything

Well considering the information we have from them already it seems that their one of the few ICO's that is on top of the regulation requirements or at least their trying to be as on top of them as they can be, but considering Crypto is a worldwide currency and the darn regulations are constantly shifting in the various countries it's a moving goal post that i imagine ICO's will be struggling to comply with, and governments will also be struggling to enforce, especially with some of the ICO's that are less transparent than 47bank

Valid point, Forty Seven Bank whitepaper gave an insight on the regulatory body(ies), which gives a significant proof that the project is adhering to such regulations, be that as it may, regulations are meant to keep things in check, the market may panic a little but will definitely bounce back, we are talking about billions of dollars been invested in crypto, is a thing that has come to stay

How much is the hardcap in USD ? Would like to know it I am curious. One more are USA citizens allowed to participate in the ICO ?  Looks like a solid ICO. Thanks !

The hard cap is not calculated in USD, but rather in ETH. You can find it in the first post, or in the white paper - hard cap is 36,000 ETH, or around 30 million USD, if you calculate by 825 USD to ETH.

Out of about 10 mil FSBT tokens, they have sold approx 1.67 mil FSBT tokens. Still some 4.5 weeks to go for ICO completion. Lets see how far this will go in the coming days when ETH price has cooled down a bit.

Yes in the crypto worlds dips are very normal it is almost impossible that something only goes up it needs to go down too and then improve itself to fo up again i would say just have patience.

I am also waiting for another dip to buy more ETH. I can invest in quality ICOs like FSBT then. Me too think that market is giving opportunity to pick some gems at low price. We will see upmarket later this year and I am sure FSBT will also shine by that time.

Yep i think the eth pricing being so volatile has had people afraid to pull the trigger on most eth based investments last few weeks, i know i have been, which hurts as their is a number of ICOs i like but i feel wary of ever investing while tokens are unstable, then again because its fixed to eth value, it doesn't really matter for FSBT since its tied to eth not usd, so unless your looking to maybe use it for some usd trading it wont matter.

Very true friend and it makes me wonder how much effect it must have induce on the total amount r of ETH raise for the ICO. It will definitely drop us value.

The whole cryptomarket at the moment has taken a big hit at the moment, it's showing signs of recovery, we just need to be patient and hold.

Our patience will hold off at some point this year in 2018 and I personally think we will see an all time high

Recovery may take some time, because it went up too fast in November-December and this correction was kind of necessary so that people who miss the bus can buy now. Also, it gives us good opportunity to invest in new token at good price. I have selected 2-3 good ICOs for investment and FSBT is one of them.

I just went through the article,very enlightening and an eye opener, Forty Seven Bank is not just a bank but a platform for the banking industry and most of the profitable cryptocurrencies are based on platforms, this gives a solid reason to invest, traditionally, opening a bank costs millions of dollars and creating applications is difficult, the aim of Forty Seven Bank is to fix this and the bureaucratic process that's involved

So it is true that Forty seven bank will start the submission of documents to receive a banking license from the first quarter of 2019. I am seriously waiting to see the outcome. Hope it all plays out well

As I mentioned my previous comments market up-down price could not be matter. Because of since it is fixed in ETH. So market movement doesn't matter.

You are right the FSBT-ETH ratio is fixed, so market movements doesn't matter.
Especially until the end of February you will get 20% discount.

Good chance to get some more cheap FSBT coins with the generous 20% discount.

According to the roadmap we should be here @ February 2018 Software infrastructure deployment

Presumably the team are slightly behind or ?? Would be nice to get this confirmed
