I prefer ICO drops, I really like it, cause it helps saving my time on surfing the net. I mean, on  ICO drops you can find their own rating (interest), you can see whether a project has or doesn't have bounty program

Now it is very difficult to find promising ICOs, but there are methods for searching, but I do not think that they will simply tell you about them, now everyone is interested in sitting in silence and taking on the most promising projects. Everything changes at the forum.

Usually i check icobench. What i really like is that there are hundreds of different project and also you can read opinions of experts.

There are a lot of places in where you should look for new projects, as an example, i have a lot of telegram channels in where they are always uploading new and fresh stuff, also, on another websites that are doing ico reviews.

I check some thread here in bitcointalk. I look at the ICO bench, ICO rating, cryptoslate and you can join some groups on telegram to ask others with a good ICOs there are many ways on how you can find a good ICOs. Me I just check on ICO bench and ICO rating but I do not depend on the ratings only I do read there whitepaper, I do also check there Facebook and twitter account on the update I read also the website then after I look at there team if they have a nice team and if the members have done already some projects.

I always depend on the ico's platform, if i read the whitepaper and the outcome is great then that is the best time to invest a huge amount since not all the coins in the market today is really good for long term investment.

There are a lot of ways in that you can understand how to find good projects, but to be honest, the most safest way to do it, just by doing your own research and trying to investigate as much as you can.

I am not an ICO investor, and I don't want to be it. I am pleased with trading with ICO Coins and others coins. But, yes, I am to look at good ICO Projects. Most of the time I found new ico on ann thread of bitcointalk.And I also use ico bench but nowadays icobench just a hyped nothing more than that.And I also follow some youtube channel the most trusted of them are Ian Balina. And there is more ico website like icodrops icowatchlist icomarks ico holders.And then some research on internet .Thats it but the most you have to do is on your own.Dont blindly take some advice from a website or youtuber.Make your own decision.

Most often I use icobench to find new or existing projects. Sometimes advertisements on youtube appears and of course here. My last investment in ICO was Welltrado.
