i have 2 question :

1. is this kyc ? where i can find post about document needed ?
2. will it put in exchange ? any estimated time for it ?

1. We don't have KYC
2. We concluded an agreement about listing STQ on HitBTC, EtherDelta and HKSY exchanges. We are planning to reach the top exchanges also. So soon to the end of sale will be the full list of all exchanges

Hello, community! We updated the rules so there will be KYC process. We will show more information about it a bit later.
is This procedure intended only for investors? Or bounty hunter will also have to do it
As far as I know no. Usually it concerns only investors and more often KYC procedure takes place only on pre-sale...

what does it mean? where we can upload KYC?

btw a BIG NO for change the rule at the end of ico.

This is strange at least. If they require KYC before withdraw, but terms didn't mention anything about it before when you deposit and bought tokens, then they will open door for every lawsuite possible.
This project is taking very wrong turns before it even really begins. I know that team is from Russia, but I still wonder how much it will protect them if they stop investors to withdraw.
They didn't want to use KYC when investors put money in, but now when you want to get something out. Surprise!

Shame on You !!!

You change Terms of Use after end of the ICO, and there are no reason for KYC procedure in that way.
Or you just cooperate with public authorities that wants to know information about participants of ICO (because Regulator in Russia now tries to control miners, cryptotraders etc.).
Maybe, you want to grab money of those who do not want to KYC  Huh?

Give us explanation!

With regards to KYC, I hope Storiqa Team can be reasonable like Universa Team... only investors with big purchases have to do KYC. For us minions with small purchases, please exempt us, it's not worth the risks of submitting personal documents for small equity... especially when you changed the rule at the very last minute. We feel tricked/cheated. Please don't make KYC mandatory for people holding just a few hundred $ worth of STQ tokens.

Reddit and telegram are in an uproar over this KYC thing.

Storiqa claimed there would be no KYC

and suddenly decided to add it immediately after the ICO ended.

Storiqa is trying to claim KYC was always posted on their site. Here is the "agreement" they keep throwing around: https://crowdsale.storiqa.com/static/docs/token_sale_policy.pdf

But the pdf metadata says otherwise. This PDF was created RIGHT BEFORE the ICO ENDED.

The document itself states that  it was made much earlier than it actually was:

Unfortunately they have managed to prevent caching of their website from archive.org and google so there is no way for them to prove it was there before.

I wonder if they can produce a token sale policy that was created before the ICO began?

Don't trust private chat on telegram, there are a lot of fakes accounts, also username seem similar but there is just one letter different, for example "i" or "l" .
