I wonder, why nobody discusses the court case against Rusbase? Looks like it was really customized because in the article the dirt flows against Worldcore. The court says the trademark legally neither belongs to citizen Nasonov, nor the “EUPSProvider s.r.o.” because of the long registration procedure. In addition, the court considered that the information contained in the article is nothing more than an expression of the right of everyone to express their opinion. The facts contained in the article are an expression of a subjective opinion, and are not a priori subject to verification of reality. And what is most funny, the court points out that "the phrases challenged by the Claimants consist almost entirely of neologisms, Anglicisms and jargon, and belong to the category of "passive" vocabulary ... and do not have an unequivocal interpretation." So, the Russian court of the first echelon says that the word "scam", in particular, is familiar to it, but is not in any dictionary and is not included in "active" vocabulary, and therefore its use is considered solely an expression of subjective opinion and does not affect the reputation.

I have just googled this question and found out an interesting fact. It says that when different companies apply for creating a website to popular programmers (developers), they often use their own accounts of FB and GA. so, if some programmer developed different websites of different companies, it doesn't necessarily mean that the first company is related to the second one

In all renowned English Dictionaries "scam" is mentioned as a synonym for "fraud". According to my English speaking email partners "scam" definitely belongs to active vocabulary, specially in the USA.
Worldcore Official Telegram Channel with about 3k members? Surely not: https://imgur.com/a/l0hpquX Even 3000 would be miserable. I think that´s not a suitable platform for official releases.

That's exactly what I'm speaking about: the word "scam" is an international word and can be found in any dictionary. But the Russian court said this word didn't belong to active vocabulary, so it can't be considered as an expression that offends company's dignity and honor. That was one of the reason why the court refused to require Worldcore's demands. Uneducated people. LOL.

Worldcore, a global payment service provider had conducted a study on approximately 300,000 customers in total who are availing its service. It is also not clear how they conducted the study on their customers. They may have "studied" sales data from since inception. They also stated: Many crypto related companies did see huge growth over the November 2017 to March 2018 period. I'd like to see Worldcore to provide some proof of those assertions. There does not appear to be any evidence that suggests that they have 300 000 customers.
By the beginning of ICO in October 2017 Worldcore sent one token to the more than 20 000 different wallets. I think that the Worldcore managament tried to improve their story about 25 000 customers in this way. Source: https://etherscan.io/token/generic-tokentxns2?contractAddress=0x72adadb447784dd7ab1f472467750fc485e4cb2d&mode=&p=2114Numerous transfers of 1 WRC were noticed by users in the Russian-language Worldcore thread: Caмoe интepecнoe этo идёт c caмoгo нaчaлo пpoдaж, пo oднoй мoнeтe пocтoяннo пepeвoдитьcя нa кaкиe тo нeпoнятныe кoшeльки, вoпpoc тoлькo в тoм зaчeм? Дa и тyт тoпик ecть, гдe гoвopят чтo дaннaя кoмпaния cкaм. Translation: Adya: "What it is? Why the sales of 1 coin 50 times?)))". Arist0tel: "The most interesting that it goes from the very beginning of the sales. One coin is constantly being transferred to some strange purses. The only question is - why? And there is the topic, where it is said that this company is scam". Worldcore manager response: Пo пoвoдy тpaнcфepoв пo oднoмy тoкeнy - этo чacть нaшeгo мapкeтингa. И нe тoлькo мы тaк дeлaeм. Для кoгo-тo этo oчeвидный пpизнaк cкaмa, тaкoe oщyщeниe, чтo cлoвo cкaм кpичитcя нe дyмaя пoчти любым yчacтникoм фopyмa, ктo пpocтo нe пoнял cyть кaкoгo-либo вoпpoca Для нac этo oдин из cпocoбoв peклaмиpoвaть тoкeн Translation: FintechEU: "Speaking of transfers of one tokens - this is a part of our marketing. And we are not the only who doing this. For some this is an obvious sign of scam. There is a feeling that almost any forum member who don't understand the essence of question is screaming a word "scam" without thinking. For us, this is one of the ways to advertise token".

that's what you need to know: marina uni disloses the personal data about ceo worldcore alex nasonov and threatens to other users to do the same. Зa 2017 oн был в Пpaгe тpи paзa.
Пocлeднee вoзвpaщeниe в Mocквy - 23.07.
A бyдeтe злить cвoими тyпыми бoтaми - пoгoвopим o внyтpeннeм пacпopтe, блoндинкe, peaльнoм мecтoпoлoжeнии и т.п. И нe тoлькo eгo. Xoтя мнe дeлaть этo oчeнь нe xoтeлocь, пocкoлькy я, в oтличиe oт вac, yвaжaю личныe дaнныe. Пoэтoмy пpeдyпpeждaю - eщe oдин выcep бoтoв здecь - и пoнeceтcя.

For 2017 he was in Prague three times. Last return to Moscow - 23.07. if you continue irritating me with your stupid bots - let's talk about the internal passport, the blonde, the real location, etc. And not only about this. Although I really didn’t want to do this, because, unlike you, I respect personal data. Therefore, I warn you - some other posts of bots here - and rush."

If the person respects something, but does diametrically opposed things, it testifies to his unfairness. Then, I'm a little bit astonished and even concerned about "the real location". Sounds like a threat from her side to others. Isn't it a violation of the forum rules? I wonder, who is she going to look for and whose location to determine?

The law on personal data does not work for legal entities and public companies.
Worldcore the public company(scam company?) that made an IPO (ICO - Initial Public Coin).

This is suggests that Worldcore most likely serves not 300 000 customers or not even 25 000, as it stated in their *deleted* White paper [page #15], but much less. It is can be traced by the number of visitors on the worldcore.trade - 1771 per month: http://archive.li/Gm3mx

2. That´s a very strange explanation for "digitally educated". What have Google informations to do with "digital"? They are doubtlessly "analogous" = written in normal text. I regularly search for subjects via Google in German, English and French, and sometimes in Spanish and Italian, too, and I never had problems with Google. Why should they ban me?
