After 2-3 years, the Etherium will go to PoS. I think this is an excellent investment option. But to predict for 3 years is very difficult.

Predict next 3 years is not difficult, holding coins for 3 years is difficult. Even if you want to you can't stay away from altcoin markets and you check the price all the time. It's hard to stay with coins, not trading any.  Hodling is the hardest part.

I think this idea is good, we can hold our altcoins for 2-3 years because if you see the graph then you can say that there is the huge scope for you to earn huge profit after 3 years. I personally feel this, and i will try this. Currently i am holding ethereum for future and i think it will be beneficial for me to hold them for future because it has huge potential. Just waiting for some good thing to happen.

my suggestion is ethereum,XRP, DASH, because have good potential & future good coin will be growth if your goal is to make profit. but i feel to you do daily trade rather than investing long-term cause altcoins has faster growth and decline, then you have to observe all the prices to sure where u want invest.

Aerium is great example of coin to hold for a long time, short amount of PoW (already finished), then enormous PoS (superblocks up to 10000%). The longer you hold, more  profit you will have!
Already got 2 exchanges, but aiming  for a biger one. There is a campaign to support devs  since Premine is 0.00006% only. Quite fair! Take your chance with lottery to win 4000coins  and  support devs for  new exchange (Cryptopia). Low premine, good dev support and active community, those are 3 reasons I have joined this coin! Havent  seen such huge pos, so i wonder what  can this coin grow into.

I have also DGB but I'm in loss with DGB and I'm pesimistic about it actually. Ethereum is very cult, everyone has it for sure. Monero made it over $300 and then dumped a bit below $300 level. Ripple is also my favourite.

I agree with you that it is very difficult to forecast for 2-3 years, and it is almost impossible, because the market of crypto-currency is constantly changing, new promising coins are coming out, and the value of existing ones can drastically change.

I think there's no such an altcoins that worth for Yearly profit, this is because, all of these alts are also depends on BTC Price, if you want alts which good for yearly holding, make sure those alts didn't depends on BTC price.
I mean, if BTC moon, then this alts atleast stable or also moon to and didn't dump.

But if you still want something to hold, than HOLD Ethereum but not for yearly

I used to consider the etherium as a means of payment for transactions and did not think that it could be a good investment. But for today the price for the etherium has risen so much that I was upset that I thought differently.

I would watch polymath. Upcoming ICO next month and looks like a long term hodl. Pretty interesting project too. They are the turnkey solution to launching security token projects and getting connected to KYC-verified investors on their platform.
