Due to the fact that the crypto currency has seriously poured into the economies of countries, they are now forced to discuss the legality of the circulation of the crypto currency in their countries and the degree of their legislative regulation.

Its hard to make government regulate bitcoin if bitcoin used for payment. As we know, bitcoin makes many central banks afraid because they can not control bitcoin.
But if regulation on bitcoin trade or investment instrument, i think that will happen and need time for government to regulate it
It’s really rational answer, it’s very soon to legalize bitcoin for payment. Besides the bitcoin that has no control and scares the central bank, (according to what I read from some cryptocurrency media) bitcoin fees and speeds until the problem of confirmation is still a major problem. Maybe government will make regulations on blockchain not on bitcoin (because the price volatility problem), because the blockchain will be useful for goverment and many things.
Conclusions, the governments strong reason to regulated the bitcoin to protect investors from all major losses (trading, investment issues) and tax issues. That’s what I can look into as I follow the various stories in some big media.

legalization of bitcoin will surely come in years to come, this i strongly believe but for now governments will look for all means to fight bitcoin since they hate anything they have no control over.

Not all country will accept bitcoin and for legalize, it might take years, and bitcoin doing fine without those countries. Legalized or not bitcoin will continue to grow and get more popularity as more media and ppl talk about it.

I would like to point out that in most countries of the world the btc is already legalized. Perhaps there are still no specific rules but it is not prohibited so it is legal. Only in very few countries is it prohibited.

I am not sure why countries ban Bitcoin maybe its because they'll never know how much a person is getting paid or if a person is paying his or her taxes like those are two thing they much be worried off, They just like figure something out really quick because Bitcoin is not gonna just disappear tomorrow and they need to realize that ASAP.

For me legalization of bitcoin in the world is done, why? because we can see that almost all country in the world has a financial institution accepting bitcoin as money that is why we can easy to convert bitcoin to our local currency, that the reason why I say legalization of bitcoin is done.

Legal means there is a law or specific law that allowing something, right? But inters of bitcoin for me even there is no international law that allowing bitcoin as worldwide currency for me  bitcoin is legal as money in the world because bitcoin is accepted in the whole world.

This is a very slow process, as not all rulers trust bitcoin in view of their outdated views. But I hope that trends will change soon.

in Australia when you cash out your money from crytpo you have to pay the same income tax as from real business which makes btc income a legal income cuz it is due to tax payment.

The government is just eyeing bitcoin, weighing the pros and cons of its use. I do not know whether they act so slowly in their own interests or in the interests of their citizens. But I hope the decision will be positive.

Bitcoin legalization is happening, but very slowly. Cryptocurrency is very young, so the government is in no hurry to introduce it on its territory, but only looks after it, to its security and necessity.

I think that the process of legalization is a matter of 3-5 years. States will have to take bitcoin, there is no other way out.

I think it would be very difficult to enforce it being illeegal and  I'm sure they would make it difficult to use in certain places though

I think it may take a year to make some decisions about it in India. They also have a plan to include it in the goods and services section. In the near future, I hope most countries will legalize it, as it is getting more popular by the day.
I think Japan has received bitcoin as a legitimate payment option. Even in the Philippines too. In India, the government plans to legalize it. Discussions and discussions are underway for that.

Every year bitcoin penetrates deeper into the spheres of people's lives. The first country that legalized bitcoin as a means of payment was Japan. This year, legalization took place in Germany and will continue to move across Europe. In the United States began to collect taxes from operations on the crypto currency. Legalization is moving and it is inevitable

There are already several countries that legalize bitcoin. Maybe for the legality of bitcoin globally and acceptable worldwide still takes several years.

There are some countries that do not even care about bitcoin and it's usage, that is why they are not even talking about how bitcoin is going on their government.. I think that bitcoin will end up being legalized on those countries

I think many countries from the world did approach Bitcoin and adopted this technology but in our India, we do not get such consequences till now. I wish to see and use all cryptocurrencies in India very soon but although we are currently trading cryptocurrencies in minor amounts and maybe soon the government will allow us to officially trade it with the banks.

The fact that the use of crypto currency in the US is legal, I think it is already clear. There are even a few agencies that at the state level are monitoring that virtual money is used only for legitimate purposes.
