I wonder why they never banned all the fiat currencies considering cash is being used since the inception for money laundering, corruption, drug payments, terrorism and so on. Now they see a problem in the crypto, just now.

It will take some time before lawmakers would make some law to legalize it. They'll make laws on how can cyrptocurrencies be taxed and of course protect it's users. One problem would be is the body that will be held liable if offenses are to charged. |

I dont know when bitcoin will formally legalize and being use anywhere in any establishments. I am also waiting for that, i am waiting for the big change in the form of digital currency. |

In my country which is the philippines i think bitcoin was generally legalized, and why and how i know? Because our main banks was looking to use it ,this is the Philippines national banks and i think it has impact in our country that many investor or miner will chose our country ,so im glad to be here.

legalization of bitcoin is happen in different. Many people are investing their own money in bitcoin to get very huge profit from the bitcoin.In japan also ,many mining farm is started to get more bitcoin as a profit from mining.

Yes, bitcoin is legally used in some other countries, we can see there were some that accepted by great companies and with influence with the public but in terms of legalizing the income that we received from bitcoin I guess it is another topic b ause for sure once it is legalize the taxes.

Bitcoin is being legalized in some countries here in Asia. Philippines and Japan are two of the countries that supports bitcoin. Even companies are trying to adapt the bitcoin system. There are more countries from other continents that accepted the bitcoin as one of the virtual money. |

I ask you, If some country legalize the bitcoin. How can be handle that? How they government controlled the taxes of all investor? So that is why bitcoin cannot be legalized. We can say can be regulated but not official legalize. |

I don't think bitcoin is illegal at all, it may be ban from some countries but i don't think that is defined as illegal generally speaking. In fact, many countries has exchanges supporting not only bitcoin but eth as well and have provision to directly convert their BTC or ETH to local fiat currency. Payments are accepted too using bitcoin and is considered digital cash. Perhaps what you are looking for is why not all countries are endorsing the use of bitcoin? |

Many countries are now planning to legalize bitcoin but it takes more time to legalize it in more country in the world because it's not easy when any country want to legalize bitcoin that mean they have to have enough ability to control both advantages and disadvantages of Bitcoin.That is why there are only few countries all over the world that legalized Bitcoin.

Technically, it is legal to own bitcoins since no one owns bitcoins and it is only illegal to own bitcoins based on the government's advice. There are a lot of countries that legalized bitcoins and have even adopted them recently like Japan. In fact, every income you receive from bitcoins are technically legal so no worries here. |

I think the bitcoin legality is needed because with the legality of bitcoin the bitcoin can move freely and can be used for some methods of payment more secure and comfortable so better bitcoin legality soon published in every country. |

some country are bitcoin is legal to used that no one will stop you to invest own money but still there's few country are not accept of bitcoin because of some issues that encounter and they think bitcoin is not good to their country, and the poor country because they don't know how to control bitcoin in their country and also due to many different reason.

Legalizing of bitcoins is necessary. People will attract more to buy bitcoins if their government will legalize it. In my country, the people are free to use bitcoin because government accepted and legalize the bitcoin, |

maybe somday if all country in the world makes the policy about bitcoin and want to makes legalize of bitcoin, before you go to that moment we need to find the impact about bitcoin are legalized, how about bad impact and good impact, for use i know it will be a good impact, but for country or government i thik it will makes a bad impact for them

Bitcoin already legal on some country. Some country ongoing revolution and some of are did ban. It's not much effect on Bitcoin. I believe every country should accept Bitcoin. Even some country ban Bitcoin but still there using Bitcoin by people. Bitcoin future is bright so it's better to accept now before it's going higher.

I do not know how the state can make a profit and bitcoin (given its system), and therefore the issue of legalization is very questionable. As an option, state ICO, but again this is not a fact and they will be equivalent to private companies. It is absolutely not profitable and is at odds with the policy of any state.

We can only wait when Bitcoin can be legalized all over the world.
Right now I know Bitcoin has been the legend in Japan. In Japan, Bitcoin users have been facilitated by the Japanese government and many companies receive payments using Bitcoin.
I had the hope that one day a country would legalize Bitcoin so that Bitcoin could be stable in value.

Bitcoin is already legal in some countries but it is also illegal in others. In some other countries, Bitcoin is not illegal but under strict regulations and even certain restrictions. But all these are very much improved already as compared to the previous years when Bitcoin was not even given attention by the governments. Right now, governments are taking a careful step as to the continued growth of Bitcoin. |
