People scam because they want to get easy money. Those people who liked to scam can betray their friends even family for the sake of money.

This people took advantage of other people who wants to earn. They create stories and even plans that will hook up other people and make them invest their money into their site and after time, they will be running the money. Scam is a crime, as far as I know, it is Fraud. But I doubt that they will be even victimizing people who are close to them since a lot of this people scam others so they can give money to their loved ones.

Sometimes as a human people have an urgent need like should give his or her family food.or their children have a disease that should need alot money to get treatment. The underlying economic difference is that people are reluctant to give money to the poor because they see the level of one's wealth, but it is not wrong to help a hungry person just by giving money. But if we give them automatic money they will be lazy to find a decent job

Answering your question why people scam, it is because it is an easier way to earn money without much effort.The money will come in an instant and you can earn more than those who work for it. I think they do not give money not because they are selfish, I think they are just hesitant to give because someone might just depend on them in times of needs. There can be no excuse for scamming, stealing and robbing, if you are poor and starve to death you are the only one to blame. Billions of people work hard, study, build plans for the future and tighten their belts during hard times, their situation is no different from those who choose the criminal life. If you will start whitewashing and glorifying stealing, you will end up with cleptocratic and corrupt society that only becomes poorer because economy just can't work in such environment.

People don't feel and are not obligated to feel any empathy towards the strangers - everyone should be responsible for their own life and not look for a way to throw their burdens onto others. Pets on the other hand are chosen companions and they bring happiness to their owners, so it's natural that people can spend huge amounts of money on them.

There are many reason why people scam others, some reasons are personal base and some are due to the unhealthy society they belong. There are people who chooses to earn money in the illegal way, they are those who are lazy and stupid guys who turn to scamming rather than finding legal work that promises good income. But some are victims of corrupted economy which resulted to national poverty, hence, but still poverty is not an excuse to fool other people.

This is stupid. Really. The kind of people you are talking about really doesn't have the right to cheat other people no matter the reason behind their doings. It is just unfair. I do not quite understand of what you saying here. You mean that they are doing this just because they need to live with it? This thing does not make any sense because you said they have good knowledge and why they need to do this instead of doing something good around, I would think that just because of fast money he wants to do it. I guess the OP makes some very valid points here. Its a dilemma itself. I love helping people, also with money. But I made the experience, that generosity can backfire. Its not always appreciated and as OP wrote, some people are just not thankful for being helped, they rather start thinking of you as their financial backup, and that sure wasnt the intention when first trying to help them out by solving a financial problem. Fact is that the help is only temporary - affected people have to work on the source of the problem, not the symptoms.

There are a lot of people who are unemployed because there is no vacant in jobs and they need some money to sustain their basic needs that's why they are being forced to scam other people to earn money even though it is a bad thing. They are committing crimes even though they know the consequences.
