Lol tell me why do we lose if we trade and hodl at the same time?  The person who will lose is the one who is not updated and does not know how to trade.  I have earn some good amount while holding a coin and trading it at the same time.  The thing is when you are trading it does not mean you are trading the whole coins you are holding, it is just a percentage of what you are holding and so is your holdings.  It is never a bad thing to take advantage of spikes and dips to get profit.

Ive been wrong that i withdraw all my earnings on trading ..i learned that must have patience in holding then exchanging it times too bad for me now bitcoins is still aiming high...it isn't bad idea to move from Bitcoins to altcoins but what really make it bad is wrong selections.you can't buy any altcoins by just seeing it recent growth....so you should always examine the market thoroughly and then invest in coin which you find will rise in near future. indeed like this principle of a bet that is similar to the concept of gambling. if we patiently wait and hope the coin will soon rise in the future then our waiting will be worth it. but if the situation we really want to use the money and the market conditions are still bleeding, the we will be confused

patience is actually the key attitude in bitcoin trading Industry. i always ised to keep tokens, but i think not too risky. couse i only save a few and withdraw almost 70% of the money. sometimes i feel its more necessary!
