Will be very interesting what will come from your mouth finally mitache365 when bittrex or poloniex list LUX and you see that pre-mined coins go where we were told.

I am new to this coin and very interested in.

The only main question is, who are you guys? team members, mission, vision, address, ...?

Mining LUX is on par with mining VTC, Zcash, ... who are very reputable coins with bright future.

Please give us a reason why one should invest in LUX than others and please introduce yourself :-)

Regards

That is what I am talking about from days! Gongrats!

Much things are written last days. Anyway. THere is one fact witch is pretty enough. Dev clearly said he is not selling premined coins and now selling every day. Dev is not trusted! This project is verry hish risk, possible scam 99.99% ! 0.01% that I am wrong!
and if you do not put the bucket on 2000 lux

Why all the time you blaming devs that they continue to upgrade business - technological and financial? Of course they need money and more money to add this coin to more exchanges, stop FUD-ing here, price will recover.

Who cares about the price?! The fact is they were not ready for the launch. Selling the premine in so early stage means they blaming they own project. And this means that they watch on it as a fast money factory, nothing more.

after bitcoin fork complete ,i think all altcoins price will recover ,also include LUXCOIN , hold your coin and wait.

When is that fork happening exactly? I hope soon.

Its nice that admins overlooking such a clear statement and concern. Wish they would answer that anytime soon!

Lets put some logic behind it - Devs have premine, premine is the share in Luxcoin managed by Devs, Devs also manage the Luxcoin development.
They launched the network, constantly working on features, wallet releases, coin is on exchange (Cryptopia for now). Developers have used the premine so far on - airpdrop (people where paid some, they might have expected more but still), they've listed the coin on Cryptopia, coinmarketcap, blockfolio, cryptocompare. Devs are planning to list the coin on other exchanges - raising money.

I might be 99.9% wrong about my opinion that Luxcoin is an interesting coin, but here are the facts:

1. Coin was launched on Oct 10th 2017 with 3 000 000 Devs premine
2. Coin was listed on the exchange (Cryptopia) on Oct 27th 2017
3. MN was sold to an investor by Lux team - 16120 Lux
3. Devs sent to Cryptopia the transaction of ~108000 Lux to test Lux wallet for the large transaction transfer
4. As of Oct 31th Devs address on Cryptopia is 105 590 Lux
5. Devs paid the bounty to AMD miner developer - 10 000
6. Devs paid the bounty to explorer developer and upkeeper (unknown)
7. Devs did and airdrop for various tests (~ 400 Lux)
8. Devs staked the premine for the various tests - since the launch of the network on Oct 10th - around ~400 Lux
9. Devs did not release the WP yet
10. Devs did not reveal their identities or legal entity
11. Devs did release the 9 versions of the wallet
12. Devs  "dumped" their 30 000 Lux premine out of 3 000 000 - bounties, exchange listing, MN investor
13. As of Oct 31th there are 3 192 693 Lux in circulation, that is 192 693 coins mined

Very much it would be desirable to see LUX on service WhatToMine (WTM).
Whether it is planned, and if yes, in what about timeframes? Thanks!

Good to see your logical answers.

The two very important concerns remain:

1- 3,000,000 premined for devs at current price is over $6 mil. That's a very potential risk to miners as its gonna take a long time for this share to be diluted in the overall market share.

2- We need to know who are devs, their LinkedIn profile, their picture, ... Is that too much while we are investing out hardware, electricity bill, and on top of it our time.

Absolutely. I think they will  reveal themselves (maybe not everyone on the team - but several people from the team). The goals they set for the project (again we need to see Whitepaper first but at least from some bits on discord) will require them to do so. And now we are in sort of high risk high reward situation - but from this point of time we only will see things progressing. 3 000 000 premine is not small if you think of that - but we are soon (2 and 1/2 weeks) will have 10% of premine mine by the network and so far just 1% spent (and more than 2/3rds are in the community - 10 000 bounty and 16 120 MN - is not sold on the exchange) and just a little over 0.1% is "dumped"

Again everyone has the right to ask questions and express concerns - but stating something is a fraud and scam might be too much...

I never called someone fraud or scam and I do have great respect for devs who create such an amazing project with constant technical updates.

The point still remains that I as an investor, need to see who are devs and communicate with them if necessary . Know about their vision and what exactly they are gonna do. If not, this project would not make sense for miners since they have no clue where the project would go and whats its real purpose.

Mining difficult and ROI is very close to coins like Vertcoin with very strong community, transparent goal, real devs (with picture and LinkedIn) and really bright future. So, I need to find a reason to re-route my focus from VTC to LUX if that makes sense.

Can you please eloborate on the issues here?

There was two short downtime’s the last two days while stratum was overloaded. We were clear and communicated with everyone on discord and worked hard getting the stratums stable which we did now after some code review and debug.

It’s quite funny how people try spreading FUD before talking with the owners and trying to get their issues resolved  Roll Eyes I am always clear that you can always talk with me ...
