I still believe in ICOs as long as it has a solid project and the people are reputable. I know there has been a lot of bad ICOs but if you look closely you'll still find some gems.

ICO is the main medium for any coin project to obtain public funds quickly, they also need capital development and preparation to enter the exchange market, ICO dominance that happened not lead to success but there are about 30-40% of those who get a good response, at here we need to be more thorough in analyzing so that our investment does not end in failure, I have no problem with ICO as long as they have great potential.

I think the number of scam projects isn't stop at 80% only, i think it should be around 90~92% because all of them are scamming and only around 7~8% you could earn money from those projects eventually.

I actually believe in ICO. I guess 2018 will be an even better year for ICOs than before. Besides I see more and more people come into the world of crypto both as investors and new altcoins / tokens. I think the only thing that can slow down ICOs is a complete crash of crypto (which I do not see happening completely) or a worldwide ban (which is even more unlikely as I do not see every county universally agreeing).

I still believe in ICO, though it's kind of tiring work to do every day but surely you can gain profit from it. All ICO have their reasons maybe why they are still not updating all of their projects accounts. And that's the reason of many hunters that they lose their trust of ICO. But then, many of us are still supporting ICO to every project that is come up.

You are right, there are still ICO that have a great projects ,we just need to study first about the ICO before we invest on it or before we join in their bounty so we avoid those scam ICO.

There are many ICO's which are having great ideas with good community support, small investments in those may yield you well in the long run. Its not like every ICO will just scam their investors. You can see the signals and understand that which ones will survive.

All ICO's are posible scam it depends on the developer.If the developer doesn't really have budget for their project they will just wait for the investors to deposit and buy their ico coins.If only few investors put money to them theres a big chance to become scam for the reason that they dont have budget for developing their project.So the best advice is reasearch and check the community of the ico that you want to invest and never forget the golden rule in crypto investing "INVEST ONLY THE MONEY THAT YOU CAN AFFORD TO LOSE".

I think, the structure of the ICO should be transformed. Spending money by developers should become more transparent so that no one can abuse their position and use the money for their personal purposes. Only after serious changes in the ICO sphere, investors will be able to feel protected and the volume of investments will increase.

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.
