Yea. I'm still believe on ICOs, but not at all. I usually find and research about project. Which i choose to work with it. And this isn't easy to do. Because as you said, the quantity of ICO is reduced. So we must be aware.

Definitely yes, because there are still excellent ICO's till this time with unique ideas and with a great usability in the future using blockchain technology. As cryptocurrency is now more popular there are lots of new projects presented to people. But in the other hand the worst thing is scammers are also now active in this field. Using ICO's to victim investors by taking their money, that is why some lose their interests participating in ICO.

Yes I believe in ICO's . Not all of them, the one which has a unique idea, strong team, active community etc. are the best ones to chose. It is predicted that in 2018 a major portion of ICO's will fail. Looking at the records we can say that it can be true. More are more ICO's are popping out each day out of which most of them don't have anything unique to offer.
The one's who chooses the good ICO's will survive.
