Is there somewhere a counter or anything like this which counts all the initial coin offerings which are actually ongoing? I think the most of the icos who are running know are being planed last year. And nobody of them expected this correcion. So i think actually there are many projects who want to launch a initial coin offering are cancelled, because the crypto market is so low actually. I personally think that initial coin offerings are legit as long as it is a real projects. I like to invest in those.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

I believe ICO will have many ICO to pay high price to investors. If we study this concept, read the white paper and check the team behind the team, the concept will work in the future, and then we will be able to profit from the ICO. Not all ICO will fund you.

I've never been to a part of ICO, but I'm still not sure of its legitimacy. But soon I will try to find a legitimate ICO, which will have a good idea/the product appears in their project all the necessary prerequisites for a long-term future.

In my opinion, ICOs are still the best way of investing in cryptos because of the high ROI it offers.
Though day trading is good but it is a bit complex and easy to lose your money.

we all see that some of ICO nowadays become scam but i can see that there are some legit ico like Bitxoxo . i said it because bitxoxo was a trading platform that was established way back 2016 and successfully running until today during the period many have trusted the platform and bitxoxo is now the top exchanger in india it builds trust among the platform and the team as well and now they have conducted an ICO which their  pre sale was a big success , no main sale is ongoing and many are still participating . One advice better prove your work first before you conduct ICO so many people will put trust on you which bitxoxo did

ICO is a good way to earn coin with a discount, but many people uses this to scam other people. Lets just beware of participating icos. Not all of them is true but some of them have real value and legit. Buy at our own risk mate

I tend to invest in ICOs as soon as the BTC market fluctuates, this will ensure your profitability as ICO projects always choose the right time to crowsale and listed as soon as the market is okay

Yes. I think meta changes again. We are witnessing another great ICO bull market in which a bunch of low-cap ICOs are really really profitable.

In fact, good ICO's exist. And sometimes it's very difficult to get on the white list, it's limited to either the time of filing, or the number of people. I'm not at all disappointed with ICO. Just pass by a silly fraud. Do not think that without a name the project will suddenly make you rich. Yes, there is such a probability, but very small.

You say that the number of successful ICOs is decreasing. It would be interesting to see a percentage-wise comparison between previous years. My hunch is that the percentage is close, it just appears more now because there are more ICOs. Also we need a separate category for scam ICOs as they intend to never succeed. Whereas non-scam ICOs all want to succeed but not everyone achieves that.
I have to say I still believe in ICOs but we all need to be careful when investing and have strict criteria.

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.
I think it is still viable and fine to invest on altcoins even though we could see that there are a lot of altcoins as if now that are constantly at the verge of death or unfortunateyl have already died. But to be honest I think of this as a good opportunity to let people choose only the best and nothing but tge best altcoins ib the market. Since good ICOs are most of the time well-crowdfubded ib the matket.

Of course we still believe in ICO's. The most important thing is to thoroughly go through their whitepaper to assess the project's feasibility before committing funds into it. Most of them do not have any good project, they are just putting out something to amass wealth and such projects are not profitable to invest.

However, there are couple of Ico's with good project that can earn investors with handsome rewards when put out on the market. We can make mention of electroneum, domraider, dovu aeron etc

It is true that the number of successful ICO's are decreasing, but i think in the near future successful ICO's will increase in the near future. I think the reason why most ICO's are not successful is because there are no enough investors and they do not have a good project to make it successful.

I do well still belive in ICO but am now extremely careful, having been burnt severally, I now do my research before getting on the board. The team matters a great day and the problem they aim to solve does matter.
Still believe in ICO? Of course yes, ICO is a good source of a good income. You just need to do.your research before investing on something. You need to study a lot and read a lot for you to avoid getting into a scam . you must need to be very careful about your actions in ICO world.
