Yes, definitely I still believe in ICO's.
Although the percentage of fake/scam ICOs is bigger than the real ones.
With good  and proper research, you can spot out the good ones from the scams and invest into those projects that are good.

I believe in some ICO's but not all of them because some are scams. That's why it's hard nowadays to be part in good ICO's that are investor friendly. Better check my signature it's a good project and good investment.

To believe or not to believe in the ICO is a personal matter for every person. I still believe in ico.  But currently 90% of scoops are scam.  should be careful.  Find out carefully before investing in ico at the present time
