I still do believe in ICO although there is a large number of scam ICO out there but if we done our research we will have a chance to avoid those ICO because now a days the scammer is getting more tricky to know if theyre scammers or not

All icos are not scam and all of them dont fail but its true that 80% of icos failed and if someone is not going to regulate or to make one system for icos it ll be full of scam and failed icos.

I still believe in ICO's of course, It just so happened that some ICO's aren't successful. There are still good ICO's and what we just need to do about it is to be careful and wise on choosing the best one. It is just important that we read their whitepaper to know more about their platforms.
