number of ICO's have been  incrased some good projects getting lost among other all ICO's.but there is still good projects all you have to do research and find the project
Yes they are increasing because as you see recently there are many ico's on the bounty/alcoins sections and i think there are hundrends and thousands of them. But before you joined in a bounty campaign or invest on it you must search first their ico's before you proceed because you can't tell who's the legit one's.

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

Count me in because even if i am just new here, the very first token that i received was also the first ICO that i am participating to in their bounty. Yes we could not deny that there are actually ICOs that doesn't meet their target and eventually fails but maybe I am one of the lucky ones who have participated in a successful ICO.

There are so many ICO projects and if 10 ICO projects are sure to have 3 successful ICO projects and can grow. I think the ICO market is still hot and a new trend for all altcoin because investors prefer to invest in newer altcoins.

Of course i beleive in ICOs, why shouldn't I? Not all ICOs are scam, and there are some very good projects out there, and many more will follow. ICOs are profitable, so it will attract new companies to get their funding that way if they can. Of course that since they are not regulated, probably the majority will be attempts to get your money, but there are also a lot of legit ICOs out there, that deserve our support and investment.

There are good ones, of course,
but it's harder and harder to spot them by each day.

Yes, I do believe in ICOs, some of them are legit. But I'm so tired to do the research, so I invested in a very perspective project where they don't have an ICO. In a hope that they will succeed sooner or latter Smiley

I do believe in ICO's. The amount of ICO's is getting larger, but your research should be the same. research on whitepaper, dev team, solution, caps etc.

Sure but no at all. This year is the year of new innovation trends and began to seek funds through the internet and provide special offers to all investors worldwide. It may be wiser now to make the decision to put your money in the ICO. Why not if the project is good and promising. Cheesy

I mostly dont believe in ICOs, 99.9% is pure shit and money grab.
It is very time consuming to go through all the shit trying to find one good one, so when I do - I usually do a heavy investment (1+ btc),
but going through all the shitty WPs is really frustrating sometimes.

TBH; ICOs are completely dead within 6 months, actually I do believe they should be regulated cause every kid with a laptop is starting one now...

I don't believe in ICO's (as potential investment.) Of course you can say that maybe some very small % of them will be succesfull. I'd rather make risky investment on some coin that has been there in the market for months, some of them may still rise heavily.
vigilance is good but ICO's market potential. because  ICO is very easy to create by a person so we need to choose the real project, create real products. the project home voices and ICO must on the exchanger
Most of the ICO project can not complete all their product after a long time. Today, I only know Ethereum really an ICO project successfully and work as the promise at begin.
all projects that start ICO will not promise that they are successful or successful, it all depends on the project and how to promote the project they make

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.
and where did you get your info? i dont think the ratio between fail ICOs are higher than successful ICO. I have been looking for some ICO quite a while and mostly i bump into the internet are quite famous and raised a lot of funds, so in my own opinion i think ICO program is still doing very well today.

What do you mean "believe"? It's just an instrument. Do I think it's effective - definitely yes. I will not deny that all ICO is a scam, but there are also successful projects. Just need to be more careful, ask questions to developers, read reviews, WP, see how realizable the road map.

Believe it or not. the main key if we want to successfully invest in ICO is the foresight. because it all depends on how we choose the ICO project.

China and South Korea banning ICO's is one of the cause of all of this. The past three ICO's that i have participated as a bounty participant have closed without giving any incentives to their participants.

The number of ICOs may get increased. Lets look at the projects they offer and the team they have to manage has to be look at. Their advertisement, projects and the amount of money they invest determines the growth in the market.
