ICO is very popular now. Don't panic. Many people still earn big money in ico. Everything will be fine if  government does not disturb.

Don't worry about ICO. It will live despite scam, I think it's very important to look for good idea in project. Of course if you will participate in every ICO, that you will see, your wallet will become empty very soon, you must analyze every available minus of project in which you are going to invest. In addition to comparison props and cons you must follow the marketing information of your project. If you will use this rules and will learn more about project, ICO wouldn't die for you.

You should believe in something, yes? So why not in something that can make you rich and happy at the same time, you can learn something, you can find some new technology on the market, that is not even in your country yet. So you can help and find a way to invest in that technology and start a business at your own In your town, instead of working 40 hours a week, and be miserable. Change something, no one will change it for you!

This thread is old as hell and yes I still believe in ICO. It is a big chance to get scammed but it is up to you to make a good research and take risks.

Now it is necessary to choose projects that are clear and whose developers can be found out and be sure that they are really preparing a cool product.  Wink

ICO is a very risky investment it was clear from the outset. Every month more than 30 new ico do you think that they will all live? Of course 95% of coins after ico will die immediately after listing, but the rest will live and brings a profit to investors.
I agreed with you. I believe too. We still have to be careful.

Yes,  I still believe in ICO as a good tool for attracting funds to developers of their prospective projects and as a good investment tool for investors. And I think that in the future larger and more famous companies will organize their own ICO

Yes. ICOs are still an attractive looking option for a lot of investors as they have realised on average a return is very big.

The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

I think the reason why unsuccessful ICO in the market increases dramatically is because there are too many ICOs today in the first place but that doesn't mean that they are all bound to fall. I believe there are still more successful ICOs vs unsuccessful ones specially ICOs that can be found here in bitcointalk forums.

Yes, I also believe in ICO even I have the first experience from ICO that a scam and they always say be patient so we do not announce the start of their ICO, but I noticed how ICO works for people who do not even have a large amount of investment and I just wants to know from everyone that even the number of ICOs who have finished searching for it and seeing the news that you can know better ICO'S. Also, choose the ICO that interests you most. Smiley

Too many people's investment strategy is to buy crap for cheap and sell it for more to someone else. If you do not believe that someday the token will create profits greater than their market cap then you are investing with the hope of finding someone more naive than you to purchase it from you in the future. This is called the greater fool theory. Do not do this.

The problem is that people do not do their research and invest in whatever it comes to them. So yes there are a lot of underperforming ICOs, but you should understand that you need to vet the project, the team, see if it could work, look at the fundamentals, etc. And only select the best ones.
