The number of successful ICO's are decreasing dramatically.  Just wanna know about successful ICO's in the fourth quarter of 2017 and if anybody still believes in  ICO's.

yes i would still believe on them because not all ico are scam , there were really good ico that has been sucesfull and has a usefull project although there were some are shady and seems legit at the start but will turn to scam later so i guess that you should be cautious and identify whos behind the their team or research thier background first before putting your hard earned cash or bitcoins on it.

I personally really like ICO process, even pre sales phase. If I believe this project, coins are so cheap during the pre sales and ico phase. So I generally buy during the ICO.
yes its presale is so profitable but for now im not really trust ico cause too many scam and there is no left good ico this month. so ill chose trading.
I thought i was just very unlucky with the ICO's that I participated to because the last three that i joined either stopped their ICO or closed the bounty program. I guess a lot of ICO's now are really suffering with the ICO bans in China and Korea because that two regions have the must number of investors which caused ICO's not being able to reach their target funding

Being in this bitcointalk proves that there are lots of people believing in ICOs. They will not be here if they don't right?

Yes. Although I lost 10k dollars because of some scam projects, I still believe that there are some good team that really want to develop some good products. But it's hard to find them out.

I agree - the target nowadays and that is what most people do wrong - is not the ones that market themselves well, because they have contacts in the crypto world, but the underrated ones with real long term future viable businesses - that will grow during their ICO process and do not hire everyone they can in order to "look" good short term tricking people to join.

Sorry to hear your lost. I too was involved in a scam projects and the value of the tokens lost like 99.99%. I use that as an experience for me so now i have been doing a lot of research and with the help of others, I have been able to identify potential good ico and invest with better fund management. I do have invested in several ico that gives returns like 5 times or so but i also did get some with slight loss.

I think it is very important to invest in a sector that has real future potential from a private enterprise side but will differentiate a government influenced field - where the real upside potential can be unlocked. And not like Powerledger in Australasia, but in Europe especially.

My last ICO was Cindicator. It makes x2 at the beginning. I guess it will make around x10-x20 till 2018 summer. So ICO is still profitable if you are choose them carefully.

Yes ofcourse, I still believe in ICO just like domraider it was so successful ICO because all tokens has been sold. We understand that not all ICO's are legit, there are also scam which is not seriousing their project.

Domraider seriously ?  Yes they have been promoted to BFM TV and have a lot of partner  but the project  doesn't sound nice to me .

Why Auctions need to be decentralized ?  You could used a simple  website to do this all around the world.

No matter how start-up got funded, the failure rate is very high.
ICO is a very attractive form for investors and for founders.
