What are your thoughts on online dating and it's effects on long term relationships?
Is it better or worse than before it was introduced?
For me, Most of them won't work out. Online dating is easy because they can fix their available schedules. Also it depends on their personalities some of them failed a relationship. |

With a dating site you can only find a partner for sex. It is useless to look for love there.

online dating is based on social media which is available to every one so here we face the problem that we may meet good people but almost all of them are fake specially guys because they just look for sex or just for fun ,realtions are based on being loyal and to tell the truth but in this case anyone can lie about his life , age , even if he really is a boy or a girl

For long term relationships depend on, how much u know about ur partner. So I doubt that partners can identify true characters about them through online dating. How ever everyday i say all depend on human behavious. So i dnt beileve online dating not much good for long term relationships.

Online dating is for just pastime. I don't think it would lead to any long term relationship. Most of them wouldn't work.

I've heard stories of couples find their better half on online dating so I thinks it's very useful for those who doesn't have much time meeting other people outside.

Some of my friends found their soulmates on the dating site.
That's one of the opportunities our age offers, why not use it?

Online dating is one way to interact to other people its like peer to peer transaction but this is one is engage on relationshio, interest and likes are one way of communication. others are looking for sex online that's why there's alot of failure relationship instead of love they had sex first, ending breakup!

It great for people to have it as an opportunity to meet someone. I have 2 friends who married people they met via online dating and are still together after several years. Just need to be careful.

For me it's actually better. I mean it makes meeting people easier than when we didn't have online dating. I know there is a risk of being lied to but that is also a thing when there wasn't any online dating to begin with. It really expands your reach to not just in your city but to the point that you can date people overseas |

I met my wife from Myspace. Back in 2005-06. We talked on AIM, played games on yahoo messenger. Had webcam dates on eyeball chat. I moved 5 hours away to another state and we got married in 2007. Been happy ever since.

In my own opinion I think it doesn't really work in this generation ,
Almost every people nowadays falls inlove with the person who are near them who are taking good care of them,being sweet to them even if they already have a long distant relationship .

I think it is incredibly helpful when it comes to "breaking the ice". It practically does that for you.
It eliminates the wonder of whether the other person is physically attracted to you or not. And it gives you opportunity to expand your search for a mate in terms of geographical distance whereas without it, you'd be limited to physical meetings and opportunities in your own locale.

have met or not, if you have not met, do you already know him? recognize himself, when you know you can continue again. I think online dating is not bad. we can find a partner outside our country, but it may be very difficult to get it. but in my opinion do not be tempted by all that. better looking around us.the world is vast, women or men too much. so do not need all the way to find a partner. a match in your own hands
