Google'ing his name (see page 32) leads to a twitter account (bitcoin-related) with a photo. I also found a company owned by Larry S., advertised by "soniq" on another forum. There's a phone number. But I don't know if it is actually soniq.

Maybe JohnK can help? He verified soniq's ID.

Any GB members from Canada? Are there any means to locate a man knowing his (possible) name and city?

When we have his address, we can send a representative to ask soniq personally these questions:

-what happened to OUR dividends
-what happened to OUR hosting refunds
-what happened to OUR mined Namecoin
-what happens next with OUR mining equipment
-why are we being ignored

Hello

Dividend payment made today trans id 8d0c632ce56cdb39469e462b419464b604defaea43117c23ad2b3eb043068126

Hosting contract is nearly complete and have a buyer who is offering 2 BTC per Jupiter. Which I think is a fair price as Jupiters are selling on Ebay for $1400. So deduct a PSU, shipping and duties and it is close to same price.

Just waiting for confirmation from buyer, then set up escrow.

Please register your NMC addresses at http://bitcoinfun.ca/nmcsign/

It is a simple process, has a tutorial video as well.

Payment for NMC will be made as soon as  Eligius makes a large NMC payment, there has been no NMC payment  since  March.

Remaining BTC will be paid out once Jupiters are shipped to buyer and final payment received.

Cheers
Larry
Received that via email today. Am I the only one that is fed up with Soniq's lack of communication and transparency? I sincerely doubt that we received what we are due with this payment or with the purchasing of the miners. Frankly, I think if someone else was running this GB we would be offered more than 2 measly BTC for each miner. Soniq's scammer reputation is preventing all of us from getting full value out of this thing.

@Soniq: I want full details of purchasing arrangements and I want us to be able to at least skype with the buyer(s) and verify the payment(s) to ensure that you are not f**cking us. Considering  your history of late, you just selling off all the equipment and disappearing into the night is not at all acceptable. I just looked at ebay and the actual purchase price of the lowest cost Jupiter is $1850, not $1400. Most are $2200 or more. We all have access to ebay you lying shit. Why again are we selling these for half price? Looks like we are all losing our collective asses on this because you don't want to deal with it anymore and because you are a scammer and no one trusts you enough to deal with you. Again, not acceptable.

Also, none of these questions have been answered.

-what happened to OUR dividends
-what happened to OUR hosting refunds
-what happened to OUR mined Namecoin
-what happens next with OUR mining equipment
-why are we being ignored

How about when you actually do communicate, you read this thread first and respond to our concerns?

Regarding the NMC, and some participants wanting BTC and not NMC. In the Skype chat someone suggested that I would handle this for everyone that wants this. I replied:

If no-one is against it I am willing to do the NMC -> BTC exchange and distribute the BTC. Soniq needs to supply me with a list of people that haven't registered an NMC address and the amount of NMC they need to receive. I will then sell the NMC and distribute the BTC. All in the open and for everyone to verify.

I will do this for free, no fee. After receiving the NMC from Larry/Soniq, I will exchange them for BTC at the best exchange I can find in a reasonable time and distribute the received BTC pro-rata.

So, if you have any objections, now is the time to say so.

I am selling in stock OneStringMiner boards, based on the Bitfury chips. Have a look here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=495536.0

I know you have a fairly large stake in this GB. Thank you for willing to do this. I hope the other GB members agree with your proposal; as I have more confidence in you handling this in a timely and coordinated manner than Soniq does...

Hi,

Do We have the mining addresses wrong OR have the Jupiters been moved to another site
to mine OR are/have they been sold?

I don't see "soniq" in Bitminter anymore and the hashing speed has dropped at the Eligius Site.

Apparently the contract is finished.

Some predict bitcoin's value will rise to 6 digits (or more). Then my 0.22 for hosting (when was it supposed to be paid? "tomorrow" 2 months ago?) and share of the sell income will be worth the effort. If anyone sues Larry before such time, I can testify.

We can also consider selling the debt Larry owes us. I hope some Canadian debt-collecting company can handle this.

Bump. Let us make his name appear in search engines next to "fraud". At least soniq will have difficulty finding a job (or getting a loan) for the next 10 years.

[name removed], give back the money you owe me! Hosting refund, BTC mined since last payout, NMC and share in the current value of the equipment.

Edit: After 4 months of waiting, I received my hosting refund and a small payment.

Sorry to hear that we are in a hole here, I have GPS coordinates on his residence, and will assist all shareholders in recouping their money back. For the record his real name is not what you guys think it is.
