After a long period of silence, finally came up with your opinion about Bitcoin Bitcoin better than the real money in that you do not have to go to the place and of course, with the big deal the currency is quite inconvenient. Interested in electronic money, but unlike Bitcoin. This will not be an anonymous currency. "Electronic money will become popular in India as well as in some African countries and will help a lot of the poor" over the next five years.

I think if the internet goes down too so as the bitcoin go down too , but I think it will never happen because it's part of our daily lives , and we are living on a new era which is techno era. But unless there would be a huge crisis where all the internet will force to close , still we don't know how far bitcoin goes , but then again long live bitcoin.

I was just wondering, what would it take for the Bitcoin Network to be shutdown completely?

Actualy bitcoin can shutdown in the future if all the governments surely ban in all over the world no one accepting bitcoin and no mining no transactions. Shutdown electricity too and enternet will shutdown bitcoin.

There's no way you can shutdown Bitcoin because no one owns or control the bitcoin so if you have Bitcoin then you can do whatever you wanted to do with it, Bitcoin is not a network so no one can stop Bitcoin transactions and any other cryptocurrencies.

Bitcoin works in a blockchain set so it does not depend on one server, if there is a problem on one network then another network will solve so it is impossible that bitcoin shut down.

You must end your mining process to completely shut down the bitcoin web.The state will have to take a joint decision to end the mining.I do not think it would be possible for all countries to make joint decisions.

Biticoin can shutdown only if all the governments and countrys ban bitcoin around the world and shutdown all of there mining equipments including manufacturers. And the second way is if all people dump bitcoin and no one will accept bitcoin around the world and thats almost imposibles to happen.

Never. Bitcoin will never be shutdown because it is knowned worldwide. Not only that, bitcoin rises or expands too fast. Spreading immensely and not one will and can't stop it. This is just the beginning of bitcoin and it will go too far and rise to the top.

Bitcoin can never be shutdown by any government. The highest the collaborative effort of the government can do is to regulate cryptocurrencies. They already know that. I heard people mention shutting down Internet, this will affect cryptocurrencies but fiat currencies operation nowadays requires Internet to function well.

I don't believe bitcoin will shutdown, as long as there is an investors and users that continue to use bitcoin, it will also continue to grow and never gonna stop.

Under the present scenario it is NOT POSSIBLE to Shutdown bitcoin as to bring down the curtain down either the Internet is need to be pulled down, or the electricity to be shut down.

Given these conditions are in most likelihood is impossible to meet. as such we can conclude it is not possible to shutdown the Bitcoin.

It can be shutdown of course.  Well maybe the government will intervene but it seems impossible because of different views on bitcoin.  Absolutely if there would be no internet and no electricity.  And that is also impossible.  So I guess it is not possible for bitcoin to be shutdown.

I was just wondering, what would it take for the Bitcoin Network to be shutdown completely?

Bitcoin is not a weaker currency that it can be shut down by one person easily it is a very strong currency system and through this currency we can make online transactions in the world and if we look at the bitcoin features and altcoin it is very convenient for us to use this and at right time we can use this currency for payments for investment and trading of crypto is also good and i like it.

NO. The presence of internet and power will not allow it to die except if they die. Internet and electricity is the major sources for the death of bitcoin. The price is really picking up and the solutions are here to stay.

If all sources of electricity, data and internet communications were closed down throughout the planet, bitcoin nodes wouldn't be able to contact each other. The system will be futile

Unless every single government in the world bans bitcoin and makes it illegal I don't think Bitcoin could be shutdown and all the governments banning bitcoin isn't going to happen as at least some countries are going to be in favor of crypto currencies and they would be enough for Bitcoin to survive in this world.
