I learnt the buyer would not be obligated to disclose value or content of the package to the vendor asides from the weight, type of goods, source and size. Such information is only disclosed when sending the order as a confidential note reserved for LWF administrators who keep this information private. Shipments, value of the package and content would be provided to the state authorities if requirements or disputes erupts.

My fault I was looking at the wrong figures, but the minimum target and soft cap is $300,000 for this project, having raised over  $223k already, I would say in a couple of days this softcap would be attained.
