Why people are sharing tips?

I'm not a tipster so I'm just using my imagination here why they are sharing their winning tips to others. Maybe, the sense of fulfillment/satisfaction they get when their shared bet wins push them to do this. Especially when the people that they helped provide accolades to them. It can make them feel important because they know that other people are following their tips accordingly.

Yeah, I always wondered that too, some of the answers here don't really convince me. Sure they can earn money with referral links, especially if someone bets big but can't they bet big by themselves? If you have reliable winnable bets, you will win long term so why not use your own money and place bigger and bigger bets?

Sometimes the tipster only bet small on the slip to let them know that he is bet on that match, i think the tipster is looking referrals for sure and they also can receive donation from the winning tips. The tipster also get reputation though and also this is a hobby too, so why not share our hobby.

I agree. Even free tips is something we hardly need let alone buying them. Although I don't think it's a bad thing when people are sharing tips for others to try just for fun, I don't recommend to rely on any tips if one plans to make money with gambling. You can either lose or win, no guarantees anyway, but at least when you use your own strategy you don't blame anyone for your loss.

No one can predict the exact game result. Everyone will give tips just based on there experience and that tips also not 100% sure. They only tell before selling any tips. They are on the safer side, but you will lose your money. So never trust any tipsters put some time and analyse the game and place your bet at least you will be satisfied.

as we can see that plenty people sharing tips in this forum for free but the reason for every people will be so various depend on the person themself but some of them did that only just for fun but some people also to build their reputation but sport betting are risky and we cannot rely on other tipsters

I feel it is really that accolade and huge recognition that makes the difference for most of them sharing the tips most especially if they are lucky enough to make people betting to have pretty big wins from their analysis. Imagine how popular they had be on this gambling thread and how well they will even receive tips from other gamblers who have been benefiting from their tips.

People share betting tips because they want to be famous and want to spread their referral links or make people subscribe to them. It just another method of affiliate marketing and its a good way to get some earnings.

Personally I think one or two people in this forum are true tipsters who share their tips and they get inside information about teams and bookies. Many a times the games are fixed and the bookies know that - which is carried over to the tipsters. Though dont believe everything you see because many times bookies try to make money by giving false tips too.

People who are sharing tips for free doesn't think of it that way , they don't think that their winnings will be cut off or that they should take money in return of their tips . They are just practicing and enjoying their hobby and sharing the knowledge they acquired while enjoying the hobby that they are most passionate about . They'll wait for other people passionate with sports to argue with them and give them their different perspectives abotu what will happen in every game and discuss all the possibilities and potential outcomes . Some people have a persistent bad luck and those tips can help them make some money .

There are two reasons that i see for this thing.1st possible reason is maybe they are generous people that they would love to share their fortune thru tips so that many will benefits to win if their gathered information will truly hit the price. The 2nd possible reason is we should also beware of some of these guys because maybe they are fraud person in which they would like you to be involved in their losses or maybe they just love to make fun to us because they are trickster.I'm just saying this trickster thing because not all given tips are 100% sure to win.

People who are sharing tips for free doesn't think of it that way , they don't think that their winnings will be cut off or that they should take money in return of their tips . I think that's true and of course, hopefully, someone with a good win and with a good heart will share even a little bit to the tipster, it's not all the time that you get a win with just tips right? It isn't always easy but sometimes it works. It's better to have a good heart of sharing instead of being selfish.

It's hard to buy tipsters because at the end you will end up losing the game. I agree it is better to do some own techniques in winning the game rather buying others.

indeed most of the people who do that give a tip with the condition must follow the referral link. but apart from that if we think in a simple way maybe someone can tip others because they feel happy about the success achieved.

This is pretty much how it works. You never see bookies going broke. Sometimes I wonder how something can be a favourite but you know that people will just jump on that bet. Win win for bookie unless huge sums are wagered

It is difficult to find "for fun" tipster as it will be wasting time only if they just do it for fun with no other purposes, most tipster sharing tips for spreading ref link and build reputation. Once they get good reputation because they have good track record then they will start to offer "paid" tips with bigger odds.

Possibly a tipster shares tips for the following reason.

1. They enjoys this thing.
2. They want to build reputation.
3. They are using referral link to earn commission.
4. They are firstly giving free tips as marketing strategy and then they will ask you to join their premium service, which is paid service.

Whatever it is, if you get your first tip from a experienced tipster then you could make some money though 

and sometimes they have a bad evil to run a scam service. they know nothing but pretending knows everything. i personally wouldn't believe anymore on any paid tipster service. better to do it by your self confidently rather than pay something that you could do it easily. it feels you get fooled in the end when you realized it later.

Thank you poplolnman for pointing out a very important fact. I totally forgot to mention something like this.
People should be very cautious before choosing his/her tipster's premium service, otherwise they will be fooled out by a scammer.

even a reputable one could still find themselves in struggle making a correct prediction , decide to exit and scam run with other people money. i have seen a lot of cases like that happened. basically buying premium tips are just to gain your confident on placing bets , then why not you do it full of confident since first time right? that's my opinion and feel free to keep believe on such that service or forget it and do predicts by yourself.
