Lack of interest or possibly pure ignorance of how bitcoin works would probably make a person go against bitcoin. If a person has enough knowledge and understanding he would surely have more questions rather than plain judgment.

Other are against it because they think it is just a scam and it doesn't really have a value.

Bitcoin paves the way for the exit of brokers (financial institutions), thereby cutting down transaction costs and making smaller deals cheaper. Unfortunately, Bitcoin has completely failed to serve this purpose of it. And there are transaction costs that make the purchase less expensive than credit cards. Most of the transaction fees are added to the cost of the product to the seller, but sometimes when your bill is too small. the merchant will charge a small fee if you use the card. So in fact you are indirectly paying to use the card. There are many things against Bitcoin. It is far worse than current payment solutions due to higher transaction fees and longer processing times, it can not penetrate the market and it is slowly losing interest of the people. in the strongest markets due to government regulations and transactional risks.

Because people are so negative when it comes to new things they dont understand. Its like in the 90s when the internet was still new many people dont trust it or against it...but now many people are into it once all in the world adapts it. Bitcoin is just like that or Cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology in general...It will be the Web 3.0... The Next Internet. Negative people will always be left behind once bitcoin hits $1m in the near future  . I started concentrating into bitcoin and cryptocurrencies 10 months ago and it really changed my life...I really cant believe it at first...but I studied and read all about it.. Because of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies I was able to upgrade my 5 year old PC after so many years. And I upgraded my PC for FREE! from doing airdrops...It was really mind blowing. It was the first time I got an airdrop and the value reached an all time high and I sold all of it then withdrawn the money...Bitcoin and crpytocurrencies is really life changing... and I will continue to be involved in it for a long time...Sucks for them the anti bitcoin people  |

The list of enemies of the btc is long: institutions that do not want to decentralize, banks that do not want to lose their commissions, conservatives who are afraid of innovations, authorities that only want to prohibit, ignorant citizens who do not want to inform themselves and ........

In the news they say bitcoin is scammer. But the truth is bitcoin is not a person so it will not make a scammer. They have a wrong tittle in the news that bitcoin scam. It like to say that bitcoin is dead so it could scam. But more of the people here is free earner it can earn money without any investment.

I think the only one whos against in bitcoin is government because they cant get something from it.
Also maybe their relatives is the one whos afraid of taking the risk of losing money. As we all know bitcoin is the best way to earn profits but because of its volatility theres also a risk within it.

many of those "many people" you see are not against bitcoin. they are actually heavily invested in it but they pretend otherwise. someone who is spreading FUD in 99% of the times wants the price to drop so he can either short bitcoin or because he has some buy orders placed ahead of time at certain low prices. i honestly can not think of anybody who does not benefit from bitcoin! even banks that some people say are against bitcoin or bitcoin is against them are happy about bitcoin. not only bitcoin introduced blockchain technology to them to improve their business but also it has opened up new ways for banks to make money. banks are in fact making a lot of money because of bitcoin, all these traders are using banks to handle their money transfers and there are lots of them  Well that's one kind of people. There are others who don't since they are afraid to try new things especially the old ones nowadays since the impact of the news they heard in TV. People against Bitcoin we all know why central banks are against also in Bitcoins.The one thing that I can see that some people know about Bitcoin and every time someone ask then to invest that we say no because they are afraid of scammed. |

I'm not sure if there are actually many people againts bitcoin. This could be just a trick to make bitcoin prices down then they invest and after that support bitcoin so the prices will rise again. Who knows.

Many people are against bitcoin because some of them thimk that it is just a scam. They think that they will only waste their time in doing bitcoin. But once they tried and have proven that it is not a scam, maybe that's the time when they can already believe the existence of bitcoin.

The people that are against the bitcoin now are once to cry in the future because they will regret why they never joined bitcoin from the early days. People should never worry about what others think about bitcoin or any other new technology because it is in peoples' nature to criticize new things. |

People are not against bitcoin. They are not only informed correctly, thus people that say that they have scammed by bitcoin are those people investing without proper knowledge in the crytocurrency and how really bitcoin works. They spread it to the community not to prevent them to invest but to cover their mistakes. And worst case scenario they use social media, reporters..etc..
Banking Industry feared to lose their commisions in loans if people know how to invest in bitcoin and earn more money with no interest. It will be a global banking crisis, and they can't control it.
Why Government hated bitcoin 1st. They cannot get taxes to people because we dont need an employer. 2nd. Bitcoin is uncontrollable in terms of transactions 3rd. They feared the economic crisis not only in banking but also in industrial, agricultural, business establishments if all people know bitcoin. Securty risks if bitcoin currency is uncontrollable.

Many people tend to hate bitcoin because they haven't experienced it yet of they don't have any idea on how they can make money through it. They pull people down so that they can have someone beside them who don't get the chance to earn anything from bitcoin. Another thing is because bitcoin has been showing off good things to many wherein their bitterness pushes them to avoid believing on it. |

I don't think they are against bitcoin, maybe they are just uninformed about the benefits they may gain from bitcoin. Just like atheists, they tend to disbelief something because they haven't experienced it yet. We should just let them off and avoid getting into conversations that may brainwash our minds about bitcoin. Let us just enjoy the benefits we get from bitcoin and laugh at them while they are experiencing poverty because of hating bitcoin. |

Based on my experience, other people think that bitcoin is a scam and a waste of time. At first that is also my thinking because i was too scared to learn about other things in internet and i thought it could possibly hack my computer and get my personal information so i didn't continue in using bitcoin that time. But after some time, my friends convince me and i observed that they are really earning a lot in bitcoin i start believing in it and studied bitcoin. So the point is, its up to the person whether he wants to learn bitcoin or not. They just need to find their own reason to start believing in bitcoin.
