I don't know anyone "against" bitcoin. The only people I see are those online who are either bitter about missing the boat or simply trying to talk down other coins because they feel that's how they need to support whatever coin they believe in.

Against on bitcoin? Maybe due to misunderstanding or not knowledgeable on what is bitcoin. But might be due to some bad news like some crime use bitcoin as a channel because it hard to trace. Thus it frighten or make public more worry on the existence of bitcoin will increase the crime of not.

Because a lot of people do not know bitcoin, they think that bitcoin is a bubble and that bitcoin will one day break up. Bitcoin has some disadvantages. Bitcoin is anonymous. Bitcoin is used by criminals. The government can not track criminals. So people hate bitcoin. Smiley

I'm trying to understand why are so many people against bitcoin? is it the innovation that scares them? the feeling of staying behind? the fact that that money will go to the wrong hands?
They are against bitcoin because they think its a scam. They do not understand what are the advantages, who are the millionaires to this cryptocurrency but if they get to know bitcoin I know they will pursue to get this. |

So many people are against Bitcoin because they don't believe about the fact of bitcoin to trust. We know that insecurity is the cause of hatred and that's how I see them people who hate bitcoin. But, for now I believe bitcoin is widely accepted by more and more people.

there are many people who fight bitcoin because they only see from the negative and many people or groups who use the results of bitcoin to access the crime may be with that many people who think bad but it all depends on the person who access it |

These people are either ignorant or have no knowledge on what and how bitcoin works or people who are misinformed. A lot of my friends said that bitcoin is a scam and when I asked them who told it, they say they read it somewhere online or watch a news article. Many people are misinformed because of fake news and that makes them stay away and go against bitcoin.

Its kinda normal some people against bitcoin. People want to see real thing not just a virtual money. They doesnt know concept of bitcoin. I think this is the reason why people dont like bitcoin. And also they hear some bad news or rumor from bitcoin it makes they dont trust bitcoin.

Bitcoin isn't really suited for day to day transactions while people are pushing for mass adoption. What most people think is that its merely a bubble and it could crash at any moment.
Their misconception of Bitcoin is that its used primarily for illegal purposes. The same could be said with fiat with the amount of drugs transacted using cash.

I don't think those people who are bringing that they are against bitcoin is not doing it on purpose. I think that they have a hidden agenda behind it. For example, they want to pull bitcoin down so that they can invest in it or they want bitcoin fall and replace it with another coin. |
