Pool appears to be broken. 13 minutes since last block with almost half the networks hashing power.
Yeah, seconded. His Megacoin pool had the same issue... Alphacoin pool setup yesterday is working perfectly: http://alpha.miningpool.coSame stratum code..

Update from Silverwolf's SBC Pool! ok guys, I saw a crazy thing earlier. The pool had nearly all of the network hash rate! Not sure what led up to that but it's not a good thing. We need to spread the hash out a little bit more. To that effect, I have added a second SBC pool. Let's move some of the hash over to the new pool. Both pools are identical but they are on different servers on different networks. They are completely separate though so you'll need to register again on the new one. Please report any issues you have with the new pool using the ticket system. Don't forget to mention that you are on the new pool!

I paged through the thread here but I'm not seeing many places to trade SBC (like coins-e type sites or a dedicated thread here on BTtalk). Anybody selling? I'll buy, still dunno what the going rate is but we can haggle. Send me a PM

its only been 6 days since release, have some patience guys... if you want it to get on cryptsy, send emails to vern (cryptsy admin), post around about SBC, etc. thats the only way its gonna happen. meanwhile mine the hell out it. i expect a very high starting price of this coin..

Version 1.2 of StableCoin is scheduled for release within the next 24-48 hours. This will be considered a mandatory update, as the fee structure will be overhauled (TX fees have been significantly reduced).
I'll also take this opportunity to suggest using one of the avatars posted on the first page to increase SBC awareness, as well as contacting exchanges to request StableCoin's addition. Thank you for your continued support!

Let's give this another week before we REALLY press getting it on a board. I don't particularly like cryptsy. Is there anyway we could get it on BTC-E?

I doubt that'd happen anytime soon or before cryptsy/vircurex/bter. They don't seem to be in a hurry to add any new coins and SBC would probley have to prove itself for a while as the best alt-crypto around that isn't already on there (I know CNC is on there but that's exactly why I'd bet they're hesitant). I think everyone should wait a bit to start pushing vern and co. to put it on Cryptsy, they'll do it in time without our pushing, look at how many other coins have been added already. Let the dev and community build and grow it a bit and make sure everything is stable, it'll be much better for the coin in the long run. I know lots of people just want to cash every single coin in but c'mon.

I just got out of newb jail and must say, this is the most well planned out of the cryptocurrencies to date, shame it's not where it should be given this great design...
You have my support.

I don't follow how your reward system is working. I have found a number of blocks on your pool with my shares alone however I only receive on average 23.7 stable coins (approx. 95% of the block reward) then you charge .7 SBC (3%). So after submitting all of the shares for the block found I end up with 23 SBC (92% of the block). If my shares alone (i.e. I am the only one in the pool) generated the block then shouldn't I receive 100% of the reward minus the 3% fee. Also where is this 5% coming into play? I will be moving pools until I get a clear understanding since as of right now it appears I am paying 8% in fees.
