You don't recall correctly.    Your site had odds up and accepted a bet, which is ultimately your responsibility.  I contacted support and was told the promotion would be taken care of (still hasn't), and now my account is in good standing.  I would describe the site's "promotion" as fraud as it has since gone undelivered.
