This dairy industry is very big and profitable at same time. I see you have offered 10% of the annual profit as dividends which is way too less in my opinion. After all sharing is caring you should offer attractive and competitive percentage as dividends to attract lot of investment. I see this a as offering someone peanuts.

10% is the lowest level, for the first bonus periods dividends get up to 70% annualy.  So i personally think, 70% is a competitive percentage =)

The reason of ICO conducting is explained in our whitepaper. Yep, all information that you are asking for is stated in our business plan (English version), however, almost all documents are in Russian language since we are based in Voronezh, Russia

And yes, we are an operating enterprise, but we are using only 10% of our land plots at the moment because we dont have enough financing

That huge amount invested was spent on the land plots buyout, buildings, estimate and business documentation (over 10 mln $)
