WTF?!
I wanted to re-do an offer that was going to expire about by now - and the time keeps increasing on the "expire in" column. I just watched it increase it from 10 minutes to 14, then 15 minutes! Right now it is sitting at 18 minutes and counting. I suspect the timer has already expired and it is counting negative time already, but for some reason the loan hasn't been closed/calculated yet.
Is lending really real-time?!

why do you dont talk to bitstamp? you could get to an agreement which would solve the deposit/withdraw problem.
btc can be solved with multi-sig: just let both sides sets up a service which signs transactions (eg bfx btc sold on stamp: bfx and stamp signs transaction to stamp, bfx btc sold on bfx: stamp signs that too and "withdraw" it). (i am sure there are better solutions than this: just a sleepy idea.)
usd can be handled with lawyers...

I don't know the logistics of the exact solution, but it would be a good idea to work something out.

I have asked this question before. Here is the answer.

Dear Bitfinex Support, I have made a 10 BTC withdrawal request to this address "12RgWErZ9ERXP5XeBQiNZGshAZuX1sCWey" and it does not appear on blockchain. https://blockchain.info/address/12RgWErZ9ERXP5XeBQiNZGshAZuX1sCWeyThere is no incoming coins with 10BTC at around 2014-02-25 00:00:00 GMT. BFX - can you guys make some general statement re: whether the 'platform' has been able to liquidate margin traders in a timely manner during this downturn?? In other words, to what degree are lenders at risk here?
Thanks.

I'm not seeing a "flash crash" here. The drops seem slow enough to properly liquidate people.

Well that was a crazy run, I had a ton of BTC borrowed, I'm still bearish but profit taking with 80% of the coins now.

Would be nice to have an indicator if the hot wallet is near empty or already empty. Nothing worse than having coins stuck at withdraw during turbulent times for 10+ hours

I'm not seeing a "flash crash" here. The drops seem slow enough to properly liquidate people. As recent events have reminded us, it is not always as it 'seems.' A quick comment from BFX would be nice, but I'm not holding my breath. Yes, your observation is accurate and a little reassuring. Still, as a lender, I fish for as much reassurance as I can get ...

I am having the same exact problem with an 11 btc withdrawal from this morning. Have you gotten any response? Not yet. Still waiting for their response. (And this is NOT a transaction malleability problem, as there is no other transaction id with the same amount, same timestamp appears on the block chain.) Actually, all the incoming coins to my address "12RgWErZ9ERXP5XeBQiNZGshAZuX1sCWey" are originated from bitfinex withdrawal. I think they can trace all the withdrawal records and check their balances.

Ok, thx. I have also mailed support, no response yet. I was wondering if it a manual transaction / delay got triggered for some reason, but it all seems very strange.

I already get used to this "problem" Actually, they just need to adjust the time displayed on that page to become the actual closing time. (The exact minute of each hour to close all expires swaps is very easy to figure out if you experienced in lending) Users probably don't mind the length of the swaps extends within an hour, but they will frustrate why the time keep increasing and yelling for help if they need the fund urgently. Off topic: I am still frustrating where my 10BTC gone for half day while the price of BTC already rides on a roller coaster
