none of the projects that have had a vr concept did not perform very well..spectiv and also descentreland performed poorly. why this should be different?

Well, what kind of features you are interested in? Basically there will be all major features of real world economy: sale and purchase of goods and services, distribution of wealth, production (in form of rendering and data storage) etc |
