Online poker has a very large multibillion dollar business on the Internet and if the CoinPoker project succeeds in entering it with new in-house blokcheyn technologies then this will be a real breakthrough in this industry.

Cool. If CoinPoker was on PokerScout, it would rank somewhere between 15th and 20th.

Most of that people came here for 5MM CHP leaderboard race. Most of them are multi-tabling grinders. Will they stay at CoinPoker after finish of this race? I doubt.

And what about people with smartphones that does not support Civic app, what will they do? Should they buy new smartphones for playing CoinPoker or it's simplier to change poker site?

 So I can't play anymore, can't log in, don't have the cellphone they have on the pic, too bad I was getting back into it, have 30 chp on the account after withdrawing and can't access it.  That's it for me for this site, not gonna rack my brain trying to verify it.

The top ten leaders in the race are impressive.
Is it people or a bot? How many people are playing from one account to make so many points? Slot machines)))) I played 6 hours on 20 tables and scored only 2000 points.

Why lie, they're not even in the top 100. They're in second last behind SWC.

They had under 30 players last night.  He is posting a screenshot which is not only freeroll players but its from the last hour or day, and in the freerolls people donk out the first hand and re login so you can safely divide that total by 2-3, but even if it was 5000 it's irrelevant because that is a freeroll. These are are not customers or even players, just people looking for free crypto and when you give away free eth people will even watch ads.

The real numbers are at the cash tables or in paid tournaments, posting over inflated freeroll numbers doesn't say much for a site.  Roughly 5-10 ten tables going so we're looking at 60 max, but close to 30 at night when I would play. I guess all the foreigners are sleeping then so it goes to show who's on that site. It's all the indian scammers from here as evident by the other posters chart.  Instead of this stupid civic scam they should just block the india subnet, but who knows it could be coinpoker using IP's form india.

I can't show you guys the real numbers because I'm already blocked out of this scam site but I can show you SWC which uses the same scammy practice.  Right now they say 105 online but its actually 7 people. In the world of crpyto currency poker, multiply real by 15x ..

Everyone was blocked last night.  Only the scamming indian players / bots / multi accounters who don't care about things like privacy and have unlimited scam ID's went through the process. So basically all players are gone and only the few trash scum remain.

While you're loss is unfortunate, it could have been much worse. Think of the suckers who bought the ICO and decided to deposit 6500 chips some for fun, they're now locked out as well. Like I said in my other post, inexperienced scammy team who are working against the players.

Personally I'd like to see TonyG investigated by interpol and all his poker sites wiped off the internet. They've all been shrouded in mystery like licensing issues or complaints of rigging and house players, this site seems no different. TonyG is either one big idiot and should stick to playing poker or he's scamming and looking for the fast buck.

And the folded hand preflop is considered to be a run-in marathon or not?

It's a scam friend, stay as far away as you can.
It's rather unfortunate to hear this. In due time I followed the project and thought that he had a great future. It is a pity that all this will end.

People, ignore that user. If you read all his posts, you realise that RonHandy is an offended kid who is speaking nonsense here for many days Smiley Ignoring all the facts and arguments, he keeps talking the same stupid things like a parrot.

Think for yourself, guys. Do not succumb to the propaganda of a troll. If you want to know relevant and fair player's opinions, go to the 2+2 thread where real poker players are discussing the play at CP.

And what about people with smartphones that does not support Civic app, what will they do? Should they buy new smartphones for playing CoinPoker or it's simplier to change poker site?

In this case, CoinPoker support suggests to update your phone's software, or take your friend's (brother's, sister's, etc) smartphone to complete the procedure. Yeah, it is not a super easy thing, but on the other hand, due to this measure there is no bots and multi-accounters in the room. So now I play cash games safely. Think of advantages.

All hands are counted, even preflop.

SWC's software must be really dated and inconvenient. That's why they're losing traffic.
CoinPoker has very fast, modern and enjoyable software as well as a solid Internet marketing campaign.
And crypto has been booming lately, so that is changing things for crypto poker too. People will come into this market eventually. Bitcoin is not at all what it used to be 3 years ago.

This new smartphone requirement thing may be for the best, as it helps dump multiaccounters, and other lowlifes that the site does not need.
Good people will always find a way to login. Smiley

I don't understand what does all this Civic identification have to do with improving Coinpoker security. I think it has been a mistake, that cannot be undone, as it will surely lure away a lot of players (some because they don't have a proper smart phone, but most because they had become suspicious).

Those who are upset that CoinPoker is improving their platform and security need to consider how the poker community as a whole has been taken advantage of over the years.  Honest players who love the game and their bankrolls want a place they can trust that has value to them.  I would gladly pay additionally to ensure the site I play on is fair for myself and all other players.

If you are interested in CoinPoker b/c you want an easy target to cheat, go somewhere else.  There are hundreds of gambling sites that you can continue to scam.  The ICO funded a team that is determined to make CoinPoker the best in the industry with leading innovation and security...if that thought scares you....go somewhere else.

For those of you who can't use Civic, if you want to use a great up and coming site with the aforementioned advantages above, get a new phone that meets the requirements.  Yes it is a tough stance, but whats better, good security at a price or loosing all your money to cheaters, scammers, and a site with zero reputation...there are many out there to choose from.  When you go to a casino, you pay an arm and leg in rake....right now you pay $0.  Simply put upgrade or.....go somewhere else.

For those of you considering CoinPoker as an option to play and invest, please do your research and come to CoinPoker with an open mind to help build a successful platform.  The team at CoinPoker listens and is engaging.  YES, there are growing pains.  But those are all being addressed as they move through BETA.  It is a platform to believe in for the long term.  If this sounds good to you.....come join the rest of us who play at CoinPoker knowing our money is safe and the game is fair.  Don't listen to all the negative posts.....they are upset b/c they can't get what they want.

But, do you know what I want......Fair, Safe, Reputable, Honest, and Friendly Poker.  And I believe CoinPoker is the best option for me.

All the best,

If there is an app that performs Civic's functions and works in Android 5, you should probably inform CoinPoker about it. They may add it as an alternative.

all of this latest development is full of shit and it shows
that coinpoker doesn't give a fuck about player - their main goal is to grab money: the more , the better;

tell me now: who will compensate lost bankroll to those player who have no access to such smartphones
or civic bullshit;

you can actually buy a bunch of SIM-cards for a phone and register all accounts you want;
internet has free phone services all around, google it!

this is absolute bullshit, and if you insist otherwise then you must be a coinpoker's lackey or paid for posting crap!

the idiot who decided to use civic shit is either a sociopath or high on drugs!

oh, on a final note - coinpoker has abandoned bitcointalk because they cannot silence those who speak critical about this SCAM!
and they ban everyone on telegram who decides to complain about their shitty business practice!

I simply don't agree.  If you have money left on the app....go get a phone that works.  You were told 2 weeks prior about the use of CIVIC.  The requirements to use CIVIC are right on their website.  It is your fault if you did not do the due diligence to check it out ahead of time and move your CHP back to your wallet.  Now if you kept all your money in the APP and not in your wallet, send a message to support@coinpoker.com to see if they will transfer the CHP for you to your verified wallet.  Not sure if it will work but its worth a shot.  If you still would like to play,  upgrade your phone.  If you can't afford to upgrade your phone, you shouldn't be playing poker online anyway.  If you are a cheat or a bot....see you later....glad your gone.

I am not a coinpoker lackey or paid at all.  just a sensible person willing to play on a platform that has less cheats and scammers on it.  Going on a forum to complain is your right....but you are missing the point.  Security and Safety is more important to players than your complaining is.

All the best,

DrakeRich21
