I myself do such posts sometimes it is important to add all these things and in my case, i don't ignore comments even I made comments many times and expect a reply but sometimes it got ignored. if it is spam then most of us doing spam buddy.

Me,You and some others do post in that format so i dont think that its spam except some cases if someone only post news then it will be at some point considered as spam there. Rest of things are dependent on thoughts

mere khiyal se meri 30% posts same format ma hoti hain and i am pretty active too because I'm free these days.

I myself do such posts sometimes it is important to add all these things and in my case, i don't ignore comments even I made comments many times and expect a reply but sometimes it got ignored. if it is spam then most of us doing spam buddy.
