آج صبح روس کی جانب سے یوکرین پر ایک درجن کے قریب میزائل داغے گئے جن میں سے پانچ نے یوکرینی دارالحکومت کیئف پر تباہی مچائی یوکرینی میڈیا کے مطابق اس حملے میں مواصلاتی نظام کو شدید نقصان پہنچا ہے ایک میزائل تھرمل پاور پلانٹ پر لگا ہے جس کی وجہ سے پلانٹ تباہ ہوگیا اور شہر سے بجلی غائب ہے اسی وجہ سے انٹرنیٹ کی دستیابی بھی شدید متاثر ہوئی ہے اور پورے ملک انٹرنیٹ ٹریفک میں 75 فیصد تک کمی ریکارڈ کی گئی ہے اس کے علاؤہ ایسی بھی اطلاعات ہے کہ کچھ میزائل صدر زیلنسکی کے آفس پر گرے ہیں جن کی وجہ سے ان کا آفس مکمل طور تباہ ہوگیا ہے

واضح رہے کچھ دن قبل یوکرین نے روس اور کریمیا کو جوڑنے والے واحد پل پر ایک حملہ کیا تھا خوش قسمتی سے رات کا وقت ہونے کی وجہ سے ٹریفک کا دباؤ کافی کم تھا حملے میں پل کا کچھ حصہ متاثر ہوکر گر گیا تھا اور یوکرینی حلقوں نے اس پر جشن مناتے ہوئے کہا تھا اب روس کو کچھ دن انتظار کرنے پڑے گا ماہرین کے مطابق جنگ میں استعمال ہونے والا ساز و سامان اسی راستے سے یوکرین تک پہنچایا جاتا تھا اس حملے کو ماہرین نے روس کیلئے ایک بہت بڑا دھچکا جبکہ یوکرین کیلئے ٹرننگ پوائنٹ کے طور پر دیکھا تھا کہ یوکرین ان چند دنوں میں اپنی فوج کو آرام کے ساتھ از سر نو مرتب کرلے گا لیکن روسی فوج کے انجینئرز نے چند گھنٹوں میں ہی پل کو دوبارہ قابل استعمال بنا کر ایک ویڈیو شیئر کی جس میں ایک فوجی ساز و سامان سے لدی ہوئی ٹرین پل کو کراس کررہی تھی

روس کیلئے یہ حملہ اسلئے بھی ایک خوفناک خواب کی طرح تھا کہ اس دن روسی صدر ولادی میر پیوٹن کا جنم دن تھا اور اس حملے کے خلاف اور روسی صدر سے اظہار یکجہتی کیلئے لاکھوں روسیوں نے دارلحکومت ماسکو میں مارچ کیا جس میں انھوں نے نیٹو پر جوہری حملہ کرنے کیلئے نعرے لگائے


روسی صدر کا غصہ کم نا ہوسکا اطلاعات ہے کہ روس کی جانب سے یوکرین پر داغے میزائلوں میں سے ایک یا اس سے زیادہ میزائل جرمن سفارت خانے پر بھی گرے ہے صبح ہونے والے حملے کے بعد یوکرین کی حکومت نے ایک بیان جاری کیا تھا جس میں تمام ملکوں کو ہدایت کی گئی تھی کہ وہ اپنے اپنے سفارت خانے خالی کردے ابھی تک کسی جانی نقصان کی اطلاعات نہیں کہ لیکن اگر یہ حملہ ہوا ہے تو اس کا مطلب ہے یہ میزائل جرمن سرزمین پر جاکر گرا ہے نا کہ یوکرینی کیونکہ ویانا کنونشن کے قوانین کے مطابق کسی بھی ملک میں موجود سفارت خانہ میزبان ملک کی زمین ہی تصور ہوتی ہے جہاں تمام قوانین اسی ملک کے مانے جاتے ہیں


روس اور یوکرین کی جنگ میں شدت آتی جارہی ہے روسی صدر کی زیر صدارت روسی سیکورٹی کونسل کا اجلاس جاری ہے لیکن اس سے پہلے اور دوران میں بھی مسلسل یوکرین پر تابڑ توڑ میزائل حملے کئے گئے جو ابھی تک جاری ہے حالیہ میزائل حملوں کے بعد یورپی یونین روس پر مزید پابندیوں کیلئے اقدامات کررہی ہے جبکہ روسی صدر نے میٹنگ کے دوران یوکرین پر الزام لگایا ہے کہ اس نے ترکیہ کی اسٹریم پائپ لائن کو اڑانے کی کوشش کی ہے ایسی ویڈیوز بھی آرہی جن میں یوکرین میں موجود پیٹرول پمپس پر گاڑیوں کی لمبی لمبی قطاریں لگی ہوئی ہے
