Is every country really corrupt?

It depends the leader of country, if he/she corrupt it must change it already. To avoid bad effects of community.

I do not have the rights to say that. Because I am only a citizen of one country. But what I knew is that here in our country, there are lots of corrupt individuals and officials. And we have nothing to do about it because punishments to government officials about graft and corruptions is not that strict.

Governments are represented by political figures. These groups of individuals are a combination of both corrupt and honest people. On the grander scheme of things, we can say that all governments are corrupt and it’s really just a question of HOW corrupt they are.

I don't think every country is corrupt but in my country yes. There are a lot of issue to those government that involved in corrupt, but for now that our president was change i think the corrupt will reduce.

Big money and law weak it's big challenge to fight this crime, the case is very fast growing in my country, corruption is a crime that must be eradicated

Not all country is corrupt, its depend upon the government how they will manage their officials and also the people who work in government offices.

In my opinion, I think that all government is corrupt, each just have their different levels. Maybe some politicians are good at servicing, and others aren't. You don't really know what they are doing and not really transparent. Since people are all greedy and it is funds that matters, I can't think why people will be very honest and not corrupt.

Well all country's there would always be a corrupt official.  But as to the leader itself, prime minister, presidents I think there were purehearted officials.  Example of that are the president of Ecuador if I am not mistaken, prime minister of Japan, and the current president of the Philippines. There are still people whom we can trust.

that it may depend on the demographic or number of those engaging in such practices.

I do believed that all countries in the entire world had their own corrupt officials in each government of the nations. And this can't be resolve anymore it will become a part of each country's problem where it is already their burden in reality things happened nowadays.

I guess you are wrong. There are a lot of nations were corruption is unheard of. Countries such as New Zealand and Norway have managed to stamp out corruption, and you may hear only isolated incidents from these nations. IMO, corruption is not a major issue in the vast majority of the developed nations and it is most limited to the third world nations.

i think the main point in your view ,a corruption for a country is the economic corruption ,people might be trapped in hunger and disease for poverty ,thats the corruption.

but in some country ,they adopt planned economy, there is no corruption in economic system.

Yes, exactly. every country has little or much corruption. One of the characteristics of developed countries is the low level of corruption. This is different from developing countries, which do not yet have a good institutional system so that the level of corruption is usually relatively high compared to developed countries.
