Is trading Bitcoin and other alts still profitable?

Of course trading bitcoin or altcoin still profitable. Because if you play gambling it is have many of risk compared trading. Better than you play trading and got little by little profit with day trade strategy. If you want long term invesment. Then you must hold it for 6-12 months to got a lot of profit.

If a coin appreciates 50% while BTC appreciates 60%, I still made a profitable trade while missing a more profitable trade in BTC. ... If BTC is going up against any other alt then it's always better to not trade that alt and just hold bitcoin, even if that alt is going up against any other fiat, because it means BTC is going up even .Of course trading bitcoin or altcoin still profitable. Actually it is, however, since all the markets are down, it's really quiet difficult to buy altcoins and even bitcoin. Usually, before, whenever bitcoin prices fall down, altcoin prices goes up. However, lately, all markets went down. It's really good to buy both altcoins and bitcoin because it will surely recover within a month or two.

If you are a smart (and sometimes lucky) trader all conditions can be profitable. It is still early days for crypto, lots of profit still to make, just need to be mentally and emotionally ready for the big rollercoaster ride we all take. Don't pressure yourself to be profitable every day or even every month/quarter. If you don't trade out of your coin it's not actually a loss, so if you are patient many coins will return to their previous value and even higher - unless you buy shitcoins... then you're just gambling anyway.

Yes it is really depend on the limitation of the person.Because even if you gain a million profit and you didnt even count it because you want some more maybe you dont have a limitation and you are not really contented  of what you have even if you know that all of it is really a blessings and you have to be happy of what you've  got.I think it is really profitable to those who are contented but to thode who are not contented trading alts  and bitcoin is not really profitable on them.

I was a trader awhile back, I want to say about a year ago now and wanted to know what the current state of the market is for the traders that are currently trading to this day? I know a lot of the current exchanges that I used for trading, such as Poloniex, are still around but aren't really being used much as before.

Of course! Trading bitcoins and altcoins are still profitable. I am currently trading altcoins and I always earning 5-10% of my capital. I earned now many bitcoins because of day trading.

Its probably not the time for day trading with the status of the market like this. Its planting season basically if you're smart by locking up on those alts and btc at a very cheap price. Its not about how much profit you'll make today but how much you'll reap when all this is over. There will be a harvesting season eventually so just make sure you plant your seeds well today

Today isn't yet the right time to trade your coin, so it is preferable and a must to just hold your coin. I believe that trading bitcoin and other ALTs are still profitable but not this time, don't panic selling your coins instead wait till their prices are rising again, this time you could be profitable.

I accepted, trading with bitcoin or altcoin both are profitable but now a days it is very hard to earn profit. I am surprised to see the bitcoin price it is too dump and i don't know what should i do. Actually i am not doing day trading, i always hold bitcoin and altcoin for a long time, and now i am in a loss, that's why better for me to wait for a green single.

In my opinion yes, but if you have enough skill and good psikilogis in trading. Crypto trading is very risky so if you would like to make consistent profit from it you should be focus on that, and have good trading strategy and good money management. So profitable or not depend on the your strategy, your skill and your psikilogis.

The investment procedure is not that complex,but when you are entering the coin at a higher rate,many people does not understand the risk they are taking and the minimal profit they are going to make,so make sure you wait for the right moment when the market is down,to enter the market and hold for a long term and that is the only way you could make a good profit.

Holding is good, sure, but it is not the best choice for active people. Good traders can make money even then the market is down.

It is extremely profitable and also extremely risky! There is a chance that you can earn double, triple or even x1000 your money in an instant but there is also a chance that you lose everything in an instant as well. That's how trading is. There are people that got lucky like investing into something weird like XRP that just got pumped really outrageously this past weeks. It jumped from 20 cents to 3 dollars in just a few days, that's really crazy growth.

True,even my self could be profitable no matter on what is the condition of the recent market yet im an active trader i can able to make money and scalp on any position. End of the day make some profits but not still a guaranteed one which i would say just trade up by using your knowledge and skills you will able to see on how profitable on making trades out of crypto.
