Seems like a decent coin! Nice growth there from 0.3 USD to all the way upt o1.9 USD. The only problem is the exchanges. They suck.

I invested for our shared MN -with a friend- when alqo was 0.15 $ -now it's above 1.8 $. It's one of the best investments ive made during the past 6 months.

The team is very responsive, the roadmap is nice, and i'm confident : it will be one of the best coins of the year. Smiley

What will the not circulating coins be used for? Could anyone explain this to me?
And any suggestens for a good exchange?

The cobinhood.com voting starts in roughly 3 hours! If you want ALQO to get on this nice exchange, you should prepare your accounts with 30 COB there. VOTING IS FREE!  We are a community coin, we can only reach this together! As you know we really need additional exchanges to 1. spread the word 2. to have a better accessability to ALQO! We count on you! Link to vote: https://cobinhood.com/campaign/deluxe-voting

This is my first MN purchase ever since I belive this project has a very solid team and great things to look forward to. Now I have noticed some youtube videos as how to setup a MN but I am not a tech guy at all, so I would kindly ask you for the easiest way/source possible to get my master node up and running. Thanks guys and keep up the good work.

No masternode is easier to set up than Alqo.
Just use their hosting service here:
https://hosting.alqo.org/

I am not really interested in renting out a server, have a good computer that is on 24/7 and would like to get into it myself. Thats okay too right?

That could work too, provided you have a static IP with your ISP.

I stopped mining on a personal side, I can't keep up with the ASICS.

Whether you think this is good or bad depends on your perspective. Mining difficulty ramped up severely about a month ago, so now we're all stuck. Committed to China mining farms but they're being dismantled by the government

The big problem here is the Quark algorithm is super old, way back when I was mining the original Quark. Asics destroy the network because you play right into the whales with ASICS

Looks like the Chinese government took out Coinmarkets and captured a significant amount of our coins with it Smiley

This is horrible for people on the exchange, but this is about to reduce our circulating supply epically Cheesy

LMAO this is old school advice. These guys are long gone due to shut down by the government.

I noticed a slight change on ALQO coinmarketcap page. Coinmarketcap used to calculate market capitalization from Total supply of the coin. Now, they calculate market cap from Circulating supply which is probably Total supply less coins locked in masternodes. Nice move to make room for further growth in market cap  Wink

Is staking active and how much do you need for daily rewards?

As of now, staking for normal ALQO holders is not yet active. The whitepaper states that: "Liberio will offer a cold staking service, meaning that users who own an ALQO balance will be able to stake even when they're offline, similar to how a bank account works."

So, my guess is that staking will become active with the release of Liberio or shortly after. For daily rewards you should buy yourself 10k ALQO and set up a masternode. Here is the How to: https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vS8DV8o3rKguPaBDh8gqQRLnvSnEmhJn7o1jpqcgy0Yoirh-CJfh2_79V7RM7DgQDw68Oy6xWQ9pUHM/pub

Staking will become effective exactly from moving from Block 475200 to 475201. By then the Liberio Wallet will have been released and it will offer the option to "cold stake" as broesel mentioned.

As the block time is set to 60s in the network it should happen around end of september start of october this year.

You can check out the whitepaper for more details.
