.i have fulfilled a transaction on envion ICO web using my etherwallet for purchase (I don't need meta mask as i am well grounded )....meanwhile i am not really sure if the transaction went thru....no email confimation from envion and my etherwallet has not really been debited based on my last etherscan....has anyone experienced something similar as I am trying to avoid a double purchase.....I need my etherum for other ICO's

Did your transaction go through? ie no errors on TX. Also check you Ether balance, then try again with 200k gas and 20-30 Gwei (i used 20 & worked instantly). If u sent it correctly then follow this link to add your EVN custom tokens:

EVN token balance are usually showing on your Envion dashboard for purchasing with Ether (not for other currencies I think, certainly not showing my CC purchase yet), but could be delayed if out of hours/busy.

Envion intends to deploy Mobile Mining Units directly at ENEL power plants for cryptocurrency mining operations.  Both parties intend to discuss the possibility of entering into an electricity offtake agreement.

Enel is also on Fortune’s “Change the World” list for its commitment to become CO2-free by 2050. Envion’s goal is to access the least expensive electricity sources on the planet – using a very green, eco-friendly energy mix. For example, Mexico’s energy auction just logged the lowest solar power price on the planet — purchased by Enel.

This is very exciting news indeed. It should put a lot of the doubt to rest. However, one peculiar thing I am noticing is that the ICO rate of funding was accelerating in the days after the ICO, but has recently lost a lot of steam. I wonder if there is reduced appetite for passive income now that altcoins are booming.

Not sure where you saw that.  My guess is that some people invested from countries where they are not allowed and they are being refunded.

Either people get refunded, because of failed KYC (bad documents, wrong country, etc.) OR currently ETH is decreasing in its value so the ICO volume. Not sure about that

So I wanted to keep my tokens more secure by cold storing my EVN Tokens and also my Ethereum. I'm not that familiar yet with cold storing so I was wondering if I would still be able to receive my dividends if I chose to use cold storage? It provides the swindler with a means of eliciting a commitment from you.  Although the LOI is virtually useless since it is produced with the intent to defraud, nonetheless it is a means of forcing you to commit yourself to an action since you don't know fraud is involved.

It allows the swindler to use the LOI as a threat you start balking or is not moving fast enough.

It is used in Daisy Chains ad nauseam.  A Daisy Chain is a chain of brokers or intermediaries, especially in the UNDERGROUND NETWORK.  Each so-called broker, from the swindler on down, passes out LOI's like candy, supposedly to protect his spot in the commission structure.  It's all hogwash, but apart from the swindler himself, most of these people don't know that.  With each LOI comes a NON-CIRCUMVENTION NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NCND), also as worthless as the paper it's written on since once again, the entire purpose of all these agreements is intent to defraud.  Just as a side note, any commissions received by one of these brokers/intermediaries are derived stolen funds.

I'm not saying Envion is a scam, but I would't get my hopes up on LOIs either. As I read it they are worth less than promises. More like reserving a spot for a possible investment, like whitelisting.
