does the system time change?
You should not change time but timezones. Default is UTC. The following commands should help timedatectl list-timezones timedatectl set-timezone Asia/Tokyo timedatectl |

Thanks but how How what? To flash VBIOS - there are like hundreds of videos on youtube about this. Find one for your card. To OC in web panel - open your rig and there you'll find AMD Overclock button. |
