A purse of HBC is an unworking thing. Not synchronized are 0 connections, firewall disconnected already. And now like not 95 year, it is really impossible to do a purse, that it was possible to choose the way of setting, but not to clutter up a system disk!

I found out what you need in the file %APDDATA% to create the file homeblockcoin.conf. and register the nodes in it.
I got a list of nodes, but they do not fit.
I would like to ask developers to provide a list of nodes for the connection.
And in general could make a detailed tutorial, how and what to do correctly?

But you had to :

1.buy 100 HBC in the ICO,

2. Enable 2FA

3. Have more than 0.02 BTC to withdraw

I just made some tests by sending coins to my offline wallet and resend them to my HBC online account and dont see the transaction working at all since 1 hour now and got all the confirmations in the blockchain.

That is really weird...

Does your system have issues?
