What do you mean by simple task? They have better things to do than worry about miners lining their pockets.

How so? They said earlier that testing would take time and that they all need some sleep after working such a long shift, seems they are back on it now and just giving a quick update that they are close. Nothing scary lol. Cheesy

That was my takeaway too, not ready yet, still got some testing to do but making progress. I assume if the amazon testing fell over last night they would have mentioned there would be further delays.

They keep saying they are close since days already. Its just a post after a post after a post stating they will need time. They never revealed the lightest detail about anything tho.

With "simple task" I mean that restarting two modules on official pools is a pretty easy thing.

I raised this issue 5 days ago (bear in mind, it takes only a few minutes to restart those modules) when I noticed that at least 5-10 BTC were stuck on the pools.

Contraband was ignoring me for the first 24 hours.
Then they started distancing themselves from the pools they launched.
My messages with a proof were deleted.

And then on the third day Contraband promised to pass the issue to developers.

And now, two days later, we haven't heard any news and haven't seen any progress.

Beware of scam:

The only Electroneum mining pool supporting mining behind a proxy and restrictive firewall (with only http ports allowed).
Powerfull DDOS protected server able to handle tens of thousands of connects.

That is close though, the expected launch was less than a week ago and they obviously have some serious issues to sort out. I would rather they not rush into it and make things worse, or potentially endanger peoples wallets. I was not really expecting this to be sorted for a week or two at least. I got email explaining what happened in enough detail and the updates on Facebook are just to let the anxious people know they are still working on it. They should be focusing on fixing the issues right now rather than having to relay every single detail, because us knowing...is not going to make it happen any faster.

If it all turns out to be something sinister then we all have a right to complain and get angry about it, until then we just have to give them all the time they need, and carry on living our lives until it's ready Tongue

Talk about a SLOPPY launch. At least them miners got enormous gains. Maybe in some indirect way the now rich miners will support the infrastructure for a higher and a stable price.

Naaah that is the one end of the road, we do not need to go to the extreme.
A simple thing like releasing the mobile miner could boost that price up.
People are people and when they hear phone everything goes in different direction.

Dunno if you mean more than usual but payouts are always delayed, they have a 18 block maturity followed by a 10 minute interval, it usually ends up being 20-30mins in my experience Smiley

Edit: lol BCT flagged their own site as a suspicious link in the quote Cheesy

Sometimes I've found blocks get stuck in the mempool for a while, if you look at the tx link on the block explorer and it doesn't have a block height assigned to it that'll probably be the case, if you go to the blockexplorer.electroneum.com you can see the tx's sitting in the mempool.

P.S. the site says last payment 2mins ago for me.

Contraband could you kindly ask the team to send the coins mined to this address etnk6DnM79BWK5ZM8kCczCEpfTcAJMirhDLziDGZeViHg1mW1ThDo9kCUx9hydwjkuHr1oUNhHhFU68 AG1AsBF2r6dhvjgmVD2
When the pool front end went down on the US dev team pool we lost roughly 4 hours of mining at 40,000 (40 k/h) hashes speed when it went down in the first 24 hours.

If you could just have them send these it would be greatly appreciated by our team. Thanks in advance just pm me when sent if possible.

Kryptkeeper1979 I am warning you publicly that you are not to post in this self moderated thread again.

The mod mprep told me to write this and if you post again you will be banned

I just wanted to make sure you understand the importance and potential loss for our team so you do not think I'm joking or trying to fud. Here is our team's account, and picture verification after the US ETN official developer pool stopped paying out.

Please let us know when we can expect our payout, thanks. The pending payout is absolutely incorrect vs. the shares it stopped counting that we submitted.

I will let you know when I know something

Is there a time frame we can expect a credit and response? I know the team is handling the website/ICO coin disbursement/and more re-coding. I just don't want our losses, lost in the mix of confusion and work.
