If the guys with the $40 million in ICO cash put a 100 BTC bounty on an opensource cryptonote light node I bet it happens in less than two weeks. Alternatively the devs who can't seem to code their way our of a paper bag could push a full node mobile wallet while they find a light node solution. Stringing the "investors" along like this will lead to shit like the XPY thread in the service discussion section.

Hello guys, do you know why does electroneum cli refreshes so slow? I mean i takes 2-3 hours to reach 20000/46000 and electroneumd says its fully synched. Is there another way to make it refresh faster?

Let the daemon sync before you try to open/refresh the wallet, if you try to do both at the same time it takes ages, if you do them one after the other it takes minutes. |

Mining rewards are low and late, and despite beeing a huge ico, seems "just another coin". There are devs with coin without premine that have wallets, this doesn't, says a lot... don't know if this goes over 0.10$ usd, but who knows ?

Why making this an official thing ? Security was anyway a thing to add. Why so fuss ? They were hacked already and didn't announce ? Are money lost and can't pay anyone to make for them a wallet ?
The have official pool, but it's any good? I made few coins and received them 1 day after they were pending... will try them again, maybe it's just me.

You obviously don't know anything about the project then, just popped in to say something blindly with no research, just to troll on something you are not involved in. The price has actually gone up again in recent days, it has been stable for a while now. The actual launch has not even happened yet, it is just the start of a brand new project. You talk as if it is 4 years old and failing. The price will go down once people have access to their wallets but that is to be expected. I have no doubt that over the course of next year we will see the value rising. Marketing has already started. The last comment is just gibberish, why would people need to compete with miners? ETN has it's own blockchain and there are a crazy number of people already mining with GPU and CPU rigs. The app is a wallet with built-in mining simulation to earn some coins, in reality, it is a marketing tool to help with mass adoption. The wallet app itself is merely a way of getting new people involved in crypto. It has already been a success in terms of doing just that. The launch was messy but they will no doubt recover and go on to achieve success. I don't see why you feel the need to post something like that? Lol |

Would it be better to split my hashrate between two pools this way i get more blocks? Lately all the pools have been in the red luck in finding blocks so I figure I can get more if i use two pools

Half is strange. It's not that accurate. Same here, it's displaying 180 coins when I get 130. Price of ETN is skyrocketing, it's @0.048$ now and still going up. Mining is very profitable. I hope that the price will going down again in the 0.02 range to buy more. |

Whattomine doesn't have always current values, so if you don't correct them you can't have good results. Also it depends on the pool how many blocks it will find, pool luck and bad shares... |
