its been 4 days and on there is no official news about electroneum on twitter and facebook page.
what do you want to hear? Should they everyday post that hackerone is still testing? be patient, if there are any news, richard will let us know. This hacker must have breached their ico site like a dirty whore. I've never seen a team take this long to recover from a hack. I know they were complete crypto nubs but this is taking so long I nearly forgot i invested in it. As far as i know hackerone do not recover the site, they are searching for lacks of security? They were not prepared for this, right. but they are working and doing everything to fix it 99,9%. I don`t know whats going on with mining pool, i don`t mine that coin. Some says etn is two decimal coin and it has lower total supply than bitcoin. Any would explain about two decimal of this coin??
Easy: Bitcoin has a max supply of 21,000,000 coins with 8 decimal points (21,000,000.00000000) Electroneum has a supply of 21,000,000,000 with 2 decimal points (21,000,000,000.00) Most people trade in satoshi rather than full bitcoin, so to account for this we eliminate the decimal point making BTC 2,100,000,000,000,000 and ETN 2,100,000,000,000 We see three less 0s meaning that when completely broken down to it's smallest amount there is actually 1/1000th the total supply or .1% ETN to BTC which at current prices would place ETN at about 1000x the price per satoshi or $0.11 |

I suppose we need to wait until December 2nd week to understand the test results from hackerone.
Assume the time line would be suffice to fix the network with hackor one ,but not announced any time line from the dev side on this yet. |

man I hope the ICO coin will be distributed by second weeks of December... I have waited enough of this delay  Who wants to start taking bets that hackerone makes a breach, and we get delayed to 2018? Wagers can be in our locked coins haha I bet that does happen. 1000ETN bet I have 3000 tokens that says it doesn't happen |

Hello, just happened to know this coin.
Today I noticed a HUGE volume pump on Cryptopia, very rare in days of crazy BTC rise, decided to invest some BTC to test the stuff, bought some at 460 then I spotted a fast dump at 535 or so, made in time to exit at 515, the price went down to 434 in a blast, pheeew.

Has anyone had luck using the electroneum linux wallet to actually see their balance? I've confirmed the blockchain transactions but for whatever reason can't see anything in the linux wallet. The blockchain is synched and everything.

I made paper wallet with address then I made cli wallet with DIFFERENT address (as tutorials around) Do I mine now on paper wallet or new cli address generated ? Do I ever need paper wallet address ? or from paper address goes to cli address, I don't understand..  |

So uh... doesn't anyone else think this is a big problem? The wallet that is used for transactions can't actually see the transaction on the network? This is the latest daemon/wallet from github for electroneum. |

They gave a rough estimate of 1-2 weeks into December. Hopefully it'll all be ready to go in December. They have a marketing team ready to go and it's already doing ridiculously well on the exchange, especially for a project that had a bad start and is still waiting for its product. Even during a very bad period for all alts. All going well, I can see this really making waves through 2018. Fingers crossed we hear some good news soon. Waiting patiently.  |
