Yup, been invested in this coin for some time now. Already tripled my initial investment. Plus the market it is targeting is huge. The best thing about IOTA is that the more it is used the stronger and faster it becomes. I see this coin in the top 5 in an year.

I think the possibility of IOTA in our lives in the future is considerably high. The market is in a difficult process. There may have been a good opportunity to make a purchase. I need to observe Bitcoin well.

So are the security issues valid? I've been getting some conflicting opinions regarding the matter. I do like the idea of a completely different type of technology carrying out the same tasks but faster.

There's a dispute between the DCI researcher and CFB on if there is a real vulnerability with Curl-p. It makes no difference ATM as it was removed and is being reviewed by one of the foremost cryptography teams in the world. It's more about egos and who has to eat humble pie--though both sides are trying to cast the other as incompetent/arrogant/malicious.

IOTA is a project that aims to be for our future in the future. I find these types of projects more realistic. In the future, the price may reach higher levels.

Interesting speculation on Q. Essentially the speculation is that Q is an oracle that will allow for smart contracts--this in turn creates a link between current banking and cryptocurrencies with IOTA's network doing the brunt of the work--it's speculative, but of the theories I've read, this one has a basis on what little the Developers have said and actions taken by the Foundation (specifically additions that seem strategic to this end): https://medium.com/@claudio_69833/iotas-ixi-module-q-the-rise-of-incredible-interoperability-maybe-339ffdf3bd12

It sounds promising and risky at the same time. If the hype q  too much and it turns out to be a disappointment, it won't do IOTA any good.

Yet I have faith in this coin

From what I have read, they still have issues with scaling in their blockchain. Would prefer Nano for now.

What issues?

As far as Nano goes, IOTA can trivially switch their focus to P2P--it's just a matter of adding human frindly wallets--Nano can't say the same thing about M2M.

They have a perfectly working wallet (https://github.com/iotaledger/wallet/releases). Especially if you connect it to https://field.carriota.com:443 (http://field.carriota.com/).

Coming months a completely new wallet will be released, known as Trinity. This wallet is much more user friendly and 'noob' proof. Roll Eyes
But there's absolutely no need to wait for it if you want to use IOTA.

I love the fact they are attacking the issue from a new angle. This is where innovation is derived after all. I think they have a few issues they need to sort though if they wish to succeed. The tangle network and the potential transactions per second volume they may be able to host is amazing

I can invest in IOTA. I will not be in a hurry for now. But one of the projects I think will come in good prices in the future is IOTA. After the deal with Bosch I expected a rapid increase in price. The king did not allow it!

When don't have to worry about because we know that IOTA is really good for long term hold. I know in myself that our money will not be waste for investing on IOTA. Goodluck to us.

IOTA is a great project and yeah it will be a big thing however as trends go I think it is safe to say there is not going to be a major pump soon. There was 9minth gap between the two previous major alt pumps so its going to be while before any major movement. Just sit back and relax no rush at all.

I have yet to see someone banned from Discord for not being an ass (though I'm sure they would think otherwise).

I think April/May IOTA is going to rise again. The team, differently from last year, is working silently behind. The Dev’s policy has changed. There are really big news to come.

Trinity wallet, new website, new collaborations, and Q project are expected very soon. We’re entering a new epoch where adoption is the overall word of industry acceptance, whether it's much or not, IOTA has been adopted by many companies in the past months, BTC, however, has an anti-adoption phase right now.
