I can see why you would think that, but no. Not trolling. They've had a rough time getting to this point. I never had a problem with Butterfly Labs until a certain someone dumped all over this community with his outrageous personality. Remember, I did invest ~$4,600 with them, after all. $4600.. is that all? weak sauce. |

Any idea who sent you that info? I'm not sure why they would have said that... but it may have been during the transition from our old system to our new system. This is why it's hard to hire temp employees.

BFL have such a terrible reputation, mainly due to the fact they are rude to customers, and make up excuses. Funny isn't it, that comment fits the bill exactly! First Josh says "I'm not sure why they would have said that..." insinuating that Garr is lying. Then Josh decides to bumble over a few excuses. Classic BFL! If only they could get these simple things right, they wouldn’t have such a backlash. I don’t even know if they mean to do it.

... you really don't know the half of it  Things have recently taken a turn for the surreal and unbelievable. I'm not used to picking my own jaw up off the floor. Say what you will about Josh, but the fact that he is now directly responsible for the legal welfare of... someone... is a level of "messed up" I never had a desire to approach. And this is saying nothing to their ignoring the first salvo of legal demands on our part. Looks like I'm going to have a road-trip to the Kansas federal courts in the near future  |

Maybe at this rate if Josh doesnt have to take too much time out of his busy schedule of screaming profanitys at customers they'll have 10% of their units shipped by 2014 |
