Quick question.  I was just looking at the letters I had written, and they never get enough votes to be approved.  Has there been any consideration to lower the number of votes needed?  There is a large need for letters, and no one is writing them.  I would venture to say that even if they are written they will never be approved.

I have not seen good documentation on how/where the superblock contracts are executed.. I don't mind looking if I have a starting place.

Then why keep deleting a post where I say there is a continual learning curve to this coin?  That has now been deleted twice.    Perhaps this will be the third.  My main point is that this coin takes a lot to keep up with.  I'm not bashing it, and I am not mad.

Just put logging in your DownloadDistributedComputingFile code and type exec dcc, and see if it creates a contract with your unbanked cpid or not.  If you isolate the problem then let us know what piece of our system isnt pulling the cpid.  Also consider that all sancs compete to create a contract in a decentralized environment.  They each get the data from boinc separately.  The unbanked list has a number 1 on the exec datalist dcc record to show its unbanked.
