The Status is generally good, I suppose I would give it an 80% tested rate, however there are a couple small but important things that need more testing.
So in general, I feel that we do not have enough lead time to make the 6-27 (monthly superblock deadline) to rush a release out.

However I think we will be wrapped up within 14 days.  This gives us a chance to get in any last minute changes also.  It will probably be released around July 14th.

I know CryptoBridge is waiting, so during the next release we will need to start using the Github releases feature also.
(This allows bots to see that we released a new mandatory upgrade).

No, I dont think it was something about confirmations.

24 hours I was without any podcupdate. During this period my stakebalance I think was to high (also MN coins were included in stakebalance). After 24 hours my utxo weight and task weight felt to zero. Then stakebalance improved to normal level (only free coins without MN coins) utxo and task weight were generated again and I got podcupdate after that.

We might want to offer a simple course on how to pray, perhaps a lesson or short course in BiblePay University.

Hmmm. I like the course idea, but I'm uncomfortable with a person "approving prayers" - it just feels weird, you know? Maybe an option in- wallet to only see prayers tracked by at least one person, and an ability to create personal track lists of prayers we can refer to in our own personal prayer time.

Not that I disagree the system can (and sadly, will) be misused, but I'm looking for a happy medium that doesn't turn us into decentralized intercessors.

Reddit by default does not show comments with 3 negative votes. I wonder if you tie it in with masternode voting, you could do something similar. 3 neg votes and prayer gets hidden. Prayer request is immutable in blockchain, but at least would not be advertised on QT wallets long-term.

AFAIK making C#/NET code and databases multibyte compatible should be no big issue. I have made some inroads in the past with russian and chinese compatible databases and it was pretty easy.

I don't know about how far is Stratis codebase from that virtuous approach and surely you are more experienced with it, but if you think I can help you with my experience, you know I'm available for you.
