Thank you Tuginsu.

Andrey123 it will be added to 3rd party cryptocurrency exchanges following the close of the ICO. Can't give an exact date as it depends how long it takes to reach the hard cap and the time between application and listing which we have little to no control over. ICO starts in July and has a limit of 3 months if we don't hit the hard cap. As soon as that closes we will make a decision on which exchange to list on and complete the application.

This is a reminder that we are performing an important update today. The system will go offline at around 10:00UTC for a couple of hours. We will let everyone know when everything is back up and running.

The v1.8 update is finished and the platform should be back up and running at https://platform.jsecoin.com

You may need to refresh and log back in again. Main thing to note is that you'll be asked to set a pin number for your account, keep this somewhere safe as losing it will prevent transfers/exports from your account. If you aren't prompted to set a new pin then again please refresh the page and log back in.

We will be testing throughout the afternoon, if anyone notices anything broken or not right please let us know.
Thank you.

Well,
standalone miner doesn't work with 'connecting to blockchain'. Different ISP and clients checked.

Hi MarcusDe,

There have been a few issues with the desktop app since the update, and the devs are working hard to correct these. Just doing some final testing and will hopefully have it back up and running soon. Will update here as soon as it's ready.

Hi All,

I've been mining for the past 12 days on the website version - tons of coins!

I just switched over to the new desktop app - github updated version, and I have a couple questions about it (I know it may still be buggy).

I notice my hashrate is a bit higher on the desktop app, but I am finding WAY less hashes than the website version. Are the two versions of mining different in difficulty? Does the desktop app have a different pool of coins (not entered into a "raffle" like on the website version) that it mines? Just trying to see why I should use the desktop app if the website version is yielding so much better results.

Thanks!

Olafec no the difficulty is the same for both. There is a target of one hash per 30 second block so if you have a reasonable hash rate which can be adjusted in settings on both the app and the web platform it should work out the same. The desktop app and web platform (self-miners) all operate in one pool with separate payouts to the website publishers (webmasters). The main advantage of the app is you can just leave it running in the background and get it to autostart when your PC starts up without doing anything. Are you finding earnings are higher on the platform as well? We did have a few issues after the updates yesterday which might have affected it but generally they should be the same.

Hi Grandevchildplac, token economics proposal is still current:

You can also see these details in the token contract at https://github.com/JSEcoin/contract

Anrdrey, is this for the whitelisting form or the registration for on the platform?
i.e. https://jsecoin.com/whitelisting or https://platform.jsecoin.com/?register=1

Andrey123, I just tested the registration form and it seems to be working form here. Do you have any adblockers or antivirus software that could be blocking the server URL? Try visiting https://server.jsecoin.com and see if that loads in a web browser.

The bounty program is now open and we've done an official BitcoinTalk thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4553214.0

Very good projects are ended their ICO's between 5-10.000.000 USD, so
initial JSE ICO MC (60.000.000 USD) is way too much.
Price is (maybe) good if you divide number of coins by 10, so initial MC would be 6.000.000 USD.

Just my opinion.

Project is good it has potential, but if ICO MC is 60.000.000 there is no much space for big ROI (for larger investors)

Great to finally see a ANN.

Don't get peoples beef with a site making money by using a slither of hardware, much prefer that to running hundreds of ads.

On wards and upwards...

Great to finally see an ANN.

I really like this project, but the bounty campaign seems a bit buggy at the moment.
Is this the thread, where i need to post when i want to participate in the bounty campaign? My discord-username, is it really with an "@" at the beginning? And is it just my name, or my name with the "#" and the number?
