I'm not foricing my way in to you bounty hunters and i know there is more projects in crypto but still you cant deny that the project is going pretty well and its just a matter of time before it rise.

I do not understand why armaggedon writes this. I have not seen a single mistake from jamalaezaz.  There were accusations from Derek against jamalaezaz, but more than one evidence was not provided for this. I saw that jamalaezaz was trying to figure out this problem, but when he realized that this was frankly scam, he tried to raise the community, bounty programs, but there were not many of them, and those that were, were later banned in Telegram. I wrote about the problem on Facebook, but this is without result.
I am was a participant in this bounty program. I do not remember what my reward was (about 500$). But I am willing to share expenses.

No movement, the only thing that makes this thread active is because more people are complaining about the reward that they should receive.
The team as of now still do not care on the issue and they have no plans giving the reward, that's really disappointing.

He wants to take action against TokenPay scammers. So far 2 people have said they will donate.

It is sad to see, here, such a weak activity of the participants of the company's bounty.  Perhaps many, just, went further.

I do not understand the participants of the translation company or the signature company. They have the right to significant remuneration.

Yes, I am a member of Twitter and Facebook and my reward is not great. But it's not that. The fact is that this behavior of the TOKENPAY team can serve as a bad example for other new projects. And for this, I think that it is very important not to ignore, but to take part and help in the recovery of justice. It is important.

If the spreadsheets were open, I could, at least, notify all the participants of the company in signature in the PM about this initiation.

The best solution is IMO is the bounty manager will spend money from his own pocket so it will be faster and if it will be successful that would be the time he can ask for the contribution, people nowadays think that way I guess.

Yes I have a possible solution. Look two people have said they are willing to help pay legal fees if you manage to get them to go to court. Send out emails to all your participants that were ripped off and seek investment. Look for a genuine well trusted person here that will act as escrow. If the target cannot be reached then the donations will not be sent but if enough people commit then they can all send to the escrow.

I am sure if litigation documents were served they would settle out of court because it would bring them very bad PR and they would rather pay what they owe you and continue with their project. Do not let these TokenPay scammers deceive you and the bounty participants.

The law firm asking 3 BTC in advance cannot be trusted because any reputable firm would ask for FIAT. Please search around and ask another law firm for an estimated fee if they helped. Try to arrange a deal where they take a percentage of the outstanding TPay tokens instead.

Only 2 people would be helping among the thousand of bounty hunters ?  When it comes to bounty reward everyone willing to get it but when it comes to invest some amount for court to recover the amount, we have only 2 Serious person ?

If every bounty participants willing to spending a minimal amount, we can reach out to court very easily, but sadly no one is serious.
