this thread can be a true witness, I think it's easy to explain here using the evidence that looks interesting, but I also do not really need it right and wrong, I hope it will be fine and the tokenpay team should pay the bounty of participants immediately to appreciate their performance

that is what I am trying to do...
I am planing to run a long campaign against this scam and to raise our voice agains that.. I just hope the bounty participants who got scammed to will support me in this and do not sell their selves for half payments. (that is what tokenpay was doing last time when I removed them from spreadsheet and locked the thread)

Guys.. I am updating this thread with all the facts and truth behind the scam Derek and Tokenpay team have ran behind Bounty and Referral program.. I have added the details now I am going to add all the screenshots. and proofs.

tpay seems to just want to find a fault because tpay does not want to pay for bounty and they have cheated us, tpay project is very good but they have a team of developers who cheat  Embarrassed

Have no idea what you mean with this.
If a company like TokenPay doesn’t receive any response from the party that supposed to do paid work for them (Jamal’s) the only solution for them is to stop any agreement/contracts that were planned.

And again, I think this is a clear view on the company that Jamal runs here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=721115

TokenPay is not the only company that has problems with Jamal’s way of working.
Several notifications on this link stating exact the same issue Tokenpay has. Scammed by Jamal

I think it’s wise to delete this thread and possible even block Jamal on BitcoinTalk as he clearly isn’t a guy that should promote his scammy business here.
Any chance BitcoinTalk is able to look into this?

dude. you are not aware of the fact.. I and my team have done our work on exact time.. we've provided them the final spreadsheet at the end of December when they just closed the bounty program..
but they started another bullshit of wallet collecting and re-auditing user's tasks.
collecting of users wallets were not part of our deal.. if Derek want he could have paid the bounties in first week of ICO end to everyone's ICO email (which was agreed at the begning)
send proof of your screanshot here if you are not proven innocent, I am very sure this is a tpay mistake that tried to deceive us all

Why you need a Newbie account to post this ? Don't you have the courage to post from your orgiginal account which is participating in this bounty ?

This is my only and first account on bitcointalk, although reading here for a long time.
Had to create one to respond to this

Why do you say this from an alt account? Do you afraid of something or are you just a liar? Any accusation requires a proof. Otherwise it's s**t.

Quote
Danny Community Manager:
We apologise most sincerely but the Bounty program has been cancelled. The company that TokenPay contracted to run the bounty program is run by Jamal (Jamalaezaz). We have been waiting for weeks for Jamal to respond to us, and eventually after sending the necessary information working diligently for further weeks to try to understand the data. This has cost us thousands of dollars in manpower auditing the spreadsheet that he sent. Unfortunately, we have discovered that over 70% of the addresses on the spreadsheet are fraudulent and belong to or entered by Jamal himself or his team. Also after confronting him he blocked us from all sheets and he closed the bounty thread. Therefore, as he violated our contract we are cancelling the bounty and we will not be continuing with the bounty distribution. We strongly recommend that you do not participate in any future bounty programs run by Jamal.

Danny and the rest of the team have spent days trying to sort out the mess left by Jamal but the state of affairs is such that we cannot, in fact, act upon the bounty. We very much appreciate that this is unfair to all those valued members of the Tokenpay community who engaged honestly with the bounty program, our team tried everything that could be done to rectify this issue. As one, we are feeling betrayed by Jamal. He has forced us to take steps which have resulted in members of our community not being rewarded for their honest, hard work. This is a step we do not take lightly, but given the circumstances it is a necessary one. This pains us greatly, and we appreciate your continued support in this matter.

I assume its one from the tokenpays team account or a bounty hunter with a fool mind without doing any investigation with this scammed. From the first screenshot i seen before with the members i saw there was problem in the team if its true then i conclude they didn't want to pay the bounty hunters because its a free token.

That newbie account should not hiding your balls if you have something want to point out and argue with, use your account your not a newbie anymore no one will believe you  in the court without having an evidence and you can't either win a case with your words of wisdom.

The amount of newbies replaying here that makes baseless accusations that no one will believe even if they construct sentences well are probably from the tokenpay team who is trying to protect their broken reputation. Just my opinion. Have a nice day Smiley

I think this is a problem between them, and we are the victims. for that we must be able to hold back, not to interfere, let them finish .. let alone violate each other, we better just wait how the end of the problem solving.

it is not just a problem between me and tokenpay team. it is a problem of the entired Bounty program participants. all of them should support me to raise their voices and get their money back. because only I cannot do that.

Derek and his team already stopped replying my messages. the only way to force them to take notice and action is to use power of community. we need to spread this news everywhere. then we might be able to get our money back. otherwise consider that lost.

This should already tell you everthing about the people. We would never do that for our project. Communication is the key. If you love your job and what you are doing, then you want your customers to be happy. This includes bounty hunters. I mean, people doing bounty do a real job as they give visibility to your project. And they DESERVE to get their payment. I went personally to the bounty thread of my ICO to thank the people for their job.

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3385669.msg36112711#msg36112711

How many people do that? I dunno, but we did because we are fighting for the cause of developing a low cost AIDS cure and as such we feel that any contribution is very precious to the cause.
