Yes, this is the main reason for nervousness: not fulfilling their own terms. Many ICO teams could be trickier, and leave a small temporary stock. And in that case, if they had coped before, no one would be upset. But they do not use it.

In my personal view what they are doing is only right unlike having a timeline or setting it for public then if they can't finish that will be a big bash onto them. By doing this as we knew the problem we are only hoping to when it will be fix something like that and now that they will gonna distributed many are surprise and not so much upset.
